Inventory and overall service is not bad. Unfortunately got sold hair dye that has been on the shelf over 3 years. I got one to cover my greys and it didn’t do anything. Probably not the worst outcome considering I could’ve had a reaction or even chemical burn.

I have no idea about the quality and price point of the products, but the gentleman working there was really fantastic. He knew his stock front and back, was patient, helpful and really friendly. Truly outstanding customer service. My GF was very happy with the products she got.

These people are super helpful and really know what they’re talking about. Seemed like they had a good selection to the untrained eye.

This place is great. Abel was amazing and had great customer service! He helped me with the item I was looking in literally a few seconds. I will definitely return in the future. The store is also very clean and lots of parking available.

Cheapest clearance on opi and other products compare to other $8-$9 dollars on other Sally’s and stuff is friendly and helpful.....

I keep on coming back for their excellent customer service. The worst for customer service is the sally on mission st Daly City!!! Dont go there!
