Best waxing franchise ever. Though I still go to a European Wax Center where I live now, I always miss the waxer I had at this location. She was the absolute best! She was very friendly and had the best technique, I hardly felt any pain when getting waxed. Thank you for your great customer service and amazing waxing services!

Visiting the SF area, I took advantage of being near a EWC (I have been waxing with them for nearly a decade, but recently moved to an area far from a European Wax Center). They were able to book me within 45 minutes, and I had a full bikini by Kendra. She was receptive to my concerns about my sensitive skin down yonder, and she was excellent. Ive been to EWCs all over the country and this was one of my top experiences.

Fast service, nice efficient staff, last minute appointment. Akayna was my waxer and she was excellent. I will definitely visit her again!

Great experience. Check in for my appointment was quick and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes, which was perfect for me. I bought a package for future visits because I was so happy with the service I received.

The therapists are great, but the front desk people are very rude, especially on the phone. No thank you, no have a nice day, no please. Geez. Ive been to their other places and all of them are super nice

You always know what to expect here. Reliably the same thing every time. And they typically have great deals going on if you are able to pay in advance.

Nice place, and nice people. But difficult to find it when you go for the first time and difficult to reach out to them (they have a big call center, all over the USA). From an European point of view, it looked quite pricey.

Really nice people, and they do good work. Can be tough to get a same--day appointment, so try to book ahead.

I give this place a 1 star for the service that I received when I got my eyebrows done. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed at EWC for the past year and I recently moved to this area. Even before booking my appointment I told the front desk that I needed an experienced waxer for my eyebrows. My waxer was Nicole and majority of the time she ended up tweezing my eyebrows when I told her twice that I was not a fan of tweezing and didnt want them tweezed and tweezing messes my eyebrows, however she continued to tweeze them!!!! It was really awkward and it took her so long.!!!!! I dont understand, I didnt go here to pay to get my eyebrows plucked!?? This has never happened to me at another EWC! ... I dont understand, I feel like she didnt know how to wax, so she plucked? I was so disappointed with the result of my eyebrows and the shape got really messed up that they did not match. If I were EWC, I would get rid of this waxer if they dont want to loose business. The front desk was understanding of my concerns and comped me, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try one more shot with an experienced waxer that knows how to wax eyebrows.
