After I got the back side fixed real fast in 20 minutes, I realized I had few cracks in the corner frame. Apparently, to fix the frame, new screen is needed. Since it will cost more to fix this old phone, I decided to keep my old phone and Christian gladly did a refund for me! I really appreciate that and Id recommend this spot to anyone. Everything from phone call to refund was great.

Both of my teenagers have broken their phone screens and have had them repaired here. Service is always swift and pleasant and the results are high quality. Every time, its been just an hour to get the phone back, and pricing is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Do not give them you phone i payed for a glass back cover 50$ and they put me a plastic one it broke just by holding it im going to buy an original glass back cover from Amazon only 15$ and put it my self super easy.

I have a Google Pixel 3XL that I accidentally dropped, the back glass cover cracked, and the phone is out of warranty. That phone was expensive and I want to still use it.I called several cell phone repair shops and they all gave me different price estimates. When I called Mission Wireless & Repair, Christian answered the phone. He was polite and very professional. I explained my issue and he said he had the part in stock and could fix it. He quoted me the price and the length of time it would take to fix. All the other places I had called were not as pro so I decided to go with Mission Wireless & Repair.I arrived at the repair shop on Mission street between 23rd & 24th streets. I was greeted by a lady and she was very nice. I told her I spoke to Christian about a repair. She then left me to get Christian. As he came down he wanted to verify the specific Google Pixel 3XL I had. He quickly identified the phone and verified that he did have the part. I left the phone with them. I was told to return to the shop in one hour.I returned to the shop and they had the phone ready for me and it looked all brand new again. Mission Wireless & Repair did a great job and I was happy to have my phone working again like new.I highly recommend Mission Wireless & Repair for your cell phone repair needs. Such a damn good service. After looking for a good repair shop I came across this one. Busted my phone screen pretty terribly, so I called and set up an appointment for the day after and Han fixed my phone in 15 minutes!! Looks good as new and was pretty good priced compared to other places. Bonus tip: he comes to wherever you are (no charge) and works in his car so you wont have to make a trip. Overly satisfied and happy!

I liked this shop, at first. My Galaxy Note 8 battery died 4 hours before I was going out of town for 4 months, so I was freaking out and needed a quick solution. They replaced my battery on my Galaxy Note 8 in about an hour. When I got my phone back the new battery great. Shortly after I caught my flight, I was playing with my phone and I discovered the fingerprint sensor was no longer functional despite working perfectly before the battery replacement the6 performed. I immediately sent them an email asking if they could fix it when I returned 120 days later but they refused and kept insinuating that something must have been wrong with it before hand. In the end, I watched a YouTube video that showed me how to fix it and I repaired it myself. It was just a case of an accidentally disconnected cable. It was an east fix and it was also quite easy to accidentally disconnect it when you open up the phone. I would have given them 5 stars if they just accepted responsibility for their mistake and offered to fix it. It was so easy to accidentally disconnect Im surprised that it doesnt happeen all the time to them. Anyway, it was a great service except for this small accident. Since they were so rude to me, I will never go back here. I would recommend to anyone reading this that you go somewhere else to get your phone fixed. They do sloppy work and if they screw something up on your phone you will likely have to pay to have it repaired elsewhere because they will not accept responsibility for fix8ng their mistakes.

My tablet was in their possession for a little over 2 weeks and they have given it back to me with no progress. The technician doesnt really know what he was doing as he could not figure out what the problem was with my tablet. I ask him how good he was with soldering and he replied with no confidence that he wasnt that good. I was charged $20.00 for the time my tablet was in their possession. I was going to argue about it but I didnt because I was with my mother and was in a rush to get out of there. The store looks nice but it seems like the technician is limited to whatever he does. I would not recommend this shop for repair due to the fact that the technician did not fix the issue and upon the return of my tablet he only assume what the issue/problem might be.
