Friendly staff, and cigarette prices are cheaper than elsewhere. I can’t even remember the last time I paid less than $12 for American Spirit...

Had gone to four other cigar shops in the city and Deans cigar shop had the BEST selection of fine cigars at a very good price. I enjoyed getting my New year / Birthday cigars .

Good selection of cigars -- most a bit higher price or on average with other places in the Financial District. But they do have good values when it comes to Padron cigars, which is good if thats what youre into.

A convenient little shop on Market to pick up wine, cigars, or liquor. The prices reflect the prime location and tourist clientele, but sometimes you just need a nearby location that is open on a Sunday. The bottle of Irish whiskey we purchased didnt have a price tag so an employee had to make three calls before she found someone who would tell her what to charge. Staff was nice enough though.

***Strictly rating based on cigars and pricing*** Way to expensive for the quality of cigars in there. I walked right back out. A Oliva G robusto, generally will run about $6, here it was $10, and every other brand Im familiar with was marked up about the same.

A little overpriced for all other tobacco products. Consider, the 7-11 just around the corner for cigarettes and dip. Cigars are priced okay though.

The seller has a very bad service attitude, he talks like I want to leave, I meet a lot of sellers but he makes me feel stigmatized, he drives away customers, I have money but he I do not sell goods to me and have driven me away.

Racist store, told me to leave... cause I’m black.

Ripped me off with a faulty e cigg. Refused to replace or exchange it when i went back after a few hours. Asked me to go and ask the manufacturing company. Very unhelpful.

The shop is not big, but there are good cigars and the staff is good advice, without pushing for consumption.
