Paul is fabulous and really knows his stuff. He and his staff helped us get kilts for our kids same day for a last minute elopement, in the color we wanted. A very difficult feat. Fabulous customer service and the scotch, whiskey, whisky and burbon selection is to die for.

Bought a bottle of Glenauachie 2006 14 year old single malt scotch whiskey from them online. Paid $220.60 for the bottle. They Sent the wrong bottle initially and then sent a replacement, the wrong bottle again. I am asking them to refund the money I paid.

No better place in the Bay Area to buy a kilt. Knowledgeable staff to help understand how it should be properly worn and outfitted. They also have a world class selection of whisky and bourbon.

I go out of my way to come here when I need good whiskey. The customer service is always stellar, too!

This is primarily a Scotch Malt Whiskey store, and a very good one. We went to a tasting while we were in San Francisco. It was very well done and very informative. The shop has an excellent selection of single malts as well as an a array of other hard-to-find distilled spirits. I highly recommend a visit!

I walked in first time last year and immediately there was a male manager ( say about the age of 58-65) starred right at me! giving me a feeling that why am I suppose to be in the store! I know I am not white but this is the feeling that I got the very instant I walked into the store the very first time! he asked me something which I cant recall exactly the words! I am a high tech professional man that I dont look like a homeless man to start with! I finally only spent about 3-4 mins. in the store then left! Really puzzled me with a bad feeling! (First time in my life like this!)Avoid this store!!!

Nice cloths and accessaries. I didnt feel welcomed. 2 men, 2 women behind the counter as I entered the store. Only one male spoke and said hi. No assistance provided until I went to the front counter to ask for help. They all just stared and one young female stood up. While the one girl was showing me the sizes, a group of yes white people entered and they all jumped up to help them. 1 male and 1 female took them straight to the back to look at drinks. The sweaters I purchased, I felt were a good deal but the quality of service very poor.

I had the most excellent time getting my wedding outfit here, they measure and provide books of scottish tartans and decendents so you can find your exact tartan. I walked in with not much knowledge and walked out with a smile on my face and they a customer for life they also recommended the best food only 2 blocks from them. A scottish pub that had all the bells and whisltes. truly amazing!

Very friendly staff... Definitely worth a stop... And if you go in, make sure you buy fruit pastilles and curley wurleys... You wont regret it!! Curley wurleys are the best treat!! A great store, we love stopping in while in the city!!

Best place for all things Scottish and the only place I can find my Irn Bru... I literally drive from Oregon once a month to replenish my Irn Bru and other things...
