I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. They saw me immediately. I have been a customer for many years and have bought several hearing aids. I trust them. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Fabulous service. Gave my 98-year old mother with dementia a hearing test. An examination that needs mega patience. Have just been great every time we have gone from replacing parts to the hearing aids to a full examination. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The little pigtail on my left hearing aid broke off so I went to the center to see if they could fix it. My audiologist was not in the office that day but their assistant Michelle tried to help me out the best she could. Since my hearing aids were purchased years ago (from this location when they were Golden Gate Hearing Center) a replacement from the manufacturer wasnt available so she tried a temporary fix and I came back later in the week to see if my audiologist could actually replace it. The temp fix didnt really work because the ear insert was a size larger than my original one which made my ear hurt after wearing it a while so I took my hearing aid out but I appreciate the attempt she had made. She could have simply told me to come back when my audiologist was available. My audiologist was able to replace it (with a similar pigtail from different manufacturer.) We also discussed replacing my hearing aids with new ones since mine are over a decade old. They keep abreast of all the different models from the different manufacturers. Since I didnt have a preference in terms of manufacturer she was suggested a different make for my new aids.

Excellent and professional care.

I went to have my ear canals cleaned and to have my hearing aids cleaned and checked. My ear canals were plugged with hardened ear wax. Ear wax spftening with Provox was prescribed and I was given a return appointment in one week.

My visit could not have been more pleasant and productive! From the initial contact with receptionist Veronica, who processed my claim for a replacement device (I had lost one of my hearing aids) to the very prompt and comprehensive hearing test administered by audiologist Dr. SL Lee, I felt that I was in good and knowledgeable hands. Dr.Lee also introduced me to the telephonic devices that are available at no cost to persons with compromised hearing, an unexpected PLUS to my visit. Highest rating !
