Very pleased with my install. Fernando came up with a great design and, despite pandemic delays, followed through to make sure everything worked well. One of the key features that I love is that all of the wiring is hidden in the ceiling and all of our A/V components are locked away in the garage.

Had them do a complete re-wiring of all my audio/visual equipment through a remodel. Fernando and Lisa were super helpful through the whole process of scheduling times with removal, wiring and installation phases of the project. Super high quality work and highly recommended.

We just had our entire house retrofitted for CAT6E/7 ethernet. 20 different drops across two stories, including multiple exterior walls. Haven & Wire did an amazing job, and are everything you wish other contractors could be. We had a thorough walk through, consultation, and quote which gave me confidence that they really understood the project. I received the design and contract electronically, where all signatures were conveniently handled. They laid out a day-by-day project plan for the entire project, scheduled around our challenging work and school schedules at home. They broke the project into several phases to minimize the disruption to our home. Communication was impeccable, keeping us posted as we went, immediately addressing issues that arose. We finished on-time, in-budget, and we can now have our four simultaneous zoom calls smoothly without any drops or glitches. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fernando helped us figure out the ceiling speakers in the house we bought last June. He spent a lot of time figuring the wild network of cables coming in a closet and marked all the useful ones properly and had great recommendations for how we could make use of it. After getting quotes from 3 different sources, we decided to go with Haven and Wire for a home theatre project in our new home. We picked this company not because their quote was the cheapest, but it was more informative in terms of options/approach and affordable at the same time. Big thanks to Fernando who took care of our project and I would say he has done a commendable job. Right from the initial design process to the end, he has put in his best effort to get the optimum output. I know I took a long time to give him this review(almost 5 months), but all this while, we were thoroughly enjoying our home theatre system. One of my friend referred Fernando,from Haven & Wire for home theatre setup in my living room. I was very much impressed by his approach. He was very detailed in understanding my requirements, analyzing living room measurements & type of furniture used. He has much patience in listening customer requirements. Then,he came up with different options from speakers to receivers in specific areas like patio, living room & kitchen. Information was so detailed that helped me to really understand essence of sound in each area. During installation,he is very detailed, slow & steady and is never in rush to complete. He took care of every request we made while installation and finishing is so perfect that no one can even differentiate if the ceiling is cut and applied back. Through out the process, he is vey through, professional, active, clear & perfect.My review would not complete if I conclude here. In the whole process we encountered an specific problem where audio of from TV apps and not passed to zone 2 speakers in patio( we noticed that this is common issue for any receivers).I mentioned that this is very much needed. Fernando took almost week and did quite research came up with multiple option.he took a day of his time came up and tried all the options one by one and provided me most workable solution.There is no reason why I should not give a 5 star rating for FERNANDO for his commitment & task completion. It was already decided that Fernando will by my go person to setup my theatre in LOFT as my next project..
