This place was surprisingly good. For a food court place they had good cheese and toppings. They were fast and nice, me being the only guy walking up at 9pm on a Saturday.

Great place inside the Metreon Food Court. Their Pizzas are made fresh and come out within 8-12 mins. Awesome selections of toppings for pizzas and salad. I recommend if you want something healthy and fresh or comforting.

Half a pizza was a delicious snack. Crust was light and had good flavor.Would come back again.

Limited plant based / vegan selections; while they do have salads, the selection of plant based ingredients is limited.It’s located in the Metreon’s food court which is accessible by public transport.

They are now open to the public for take out and limited dine in due to pandemic. And as additional to the menu, they will also serve organic foods as well with their regular dishes and specialties. And i should say its good to be back in business..

Super friendly people and fast service! The calzone had a beautiful golden crust, the chicken and olives tasted super fresh, and the mozzarella was gooey/ cheesy in all the right ways.

What a terrible place.. ordered $60 worth of food to be delivered and it never showed up.. avoid at all costs!!!!

The pizza is delicious, and the price is very good for that size of pizza. I love the meat lasagna. The service is good. They have beer on draft, which is awesome. My friend ordered their 4 topic salad, for 8$, and it included the dressing and the base with lots of vegetables on the top, which I thought it is was so cool for that price.

They charge $7 for half a pizza, which is way too expensive for the size of the slices. It is not much food for the price. The pizza was good tasting, but there was way too much oil/grease pooled and running off the slices. I would personally recommend going somewhere else for pizza.

The food is ok but service is bad. If you order at the kiosk it tells you it will text you when it wont. Either way you order, they mix up all the orders and you wait a really long time period people who ordered the same thing as you will get food before you even though they ordered after. If they worked on getting their system together and working together better as a team, it would be a good restaurant.

Used MealPal and my pick up time was 1:45 my pizza was already significantly colder when I got it. The box had 1:00 written on it. The cheese pizza was not bad, I think it would have been better had it been hotter. Its located in the back, away from the movie theater elevators @ Metreon

Far exceeded my expectations!I moved to SF from NYC a few years ago, and in general, SF pizza is very depressing. I was expecting a similar experience here, especially since its in a mall food court. I ordered a half a pie, and honestly it was probably the best pizza experience Ive had since Ive moved here. Lifted my spirits and reminded me of home. Staff was efficient and polite, and seem to take pride in what they do, as they should!10/10 Definitely recommend. Decent prices too.

Food was okay, but had to stand around and wait to be served — nobody was there to help, the chef didn’t seem to care, and one could just as well been a fly on a wall... so horrible service... get ready to be ignored!

Food was OK but the service left a lot to be desired. My meal number was skipped and after I brought it to the cashiers attention they still proceeded to serve customers after me the same meal that I had ordered. So I had to continue to wait even longer for my food compared to someone who ordered well after me.

Worst calzone I have ever had. The first ever calzone I had to eat with a fork. Crust was soggy and the calzone fell apart.

The cheese from the pizza was so incredibly hot that it slipped right off the crust. Plus, I had to pay for toppings that should have been included. Example, $1.50 for a tablespoon of olives. Ridiculous. You can bet I wont be going back.

When I rate a place, its not just about service, food, or cleanliness. They passed hands down on cleanliness. Service was lacking, and the food was lacking. I dont go into a place and order the most difficult thing on the menu. I orders garlic curley fries, and jalapeno poppers. I regret tipping before eating my food or getting service. Heres how my experience started.I noticed not a single customer was inside, hesitantly, I walked up after figuring out what I wanted. Asked what the difference was between regular curly fries and the other option on thr menu. The gentleman stated he had been gone for a while and the menu was updated since he was there last. He offered to get someone who could explain the difference for me, but I declined and said that I would just like the garlic curly fries and the jalapeno poppers. I paid, added a tip, then sat down. I waited 10 minutes before the guy who was behind me in line was brought my food. The lady who brought it out looked upset already, I didnt think anything of it. The gentleman who took my order walked up and corrected the mistake, and so I proceeded to eat my food...and I found out that my curly fries were lacking any sign of garlic. So I stood up and walked to the register. When I did, the same lady who brought out my food gave me a dirty look for some reason, I dont believe I had any ill or angry look on my face when I was standing there waiting to ask about the garlic that was missing. But since she gave me a dirty look, I walked back to my table to get the receipt. Then walked back to the register and asked the gentleman as I looked at her with frustration, are these garlic fries? Then showed my receipt to her so she could see the fries werent garlic and that the reciept said garlic. She gave me another dirty look. The gentleman apologized and took the garlic fries. The lady, after that wouldnt even glance in my direction...I was disgusted to the point that I walked out and gave my overcook fries and overcooked jalapeno peppers to a guy who looked hungry enough to not care. 1 star because I have to, the second star for cleanliness. Missing 3 stars for these reasons:1st: order was wrong2nd: dirty looks from the lady3rd:for lack of quality and actually making a decent attempt at fixing my order. And to clarify, overcooked, and garlic clumped on the top. They could have at least tossed it all in a bowl so it was actual garlic fries instead of using a spoon to spread it across the top.It could have been an off day for them. I will try again or have someone I know try out their restaurant and then update this post.

The food isnt that good. Pizza was reheated and the toppings were slapped on after it got out of the oven. The tomatos on my pizza were not ripe and half green.
