Everything is great except for pizza.The tiramisu is really fantastic. Service is good, too.

Experience was wonderful. While they extremely busy due the 4th of July, service was the best it could be. Food was amazing the bread you will want to dip in your sauce, pizza us delicious dough is so fresh it had to be made that day. Great wine list and dining outside is a good experience even on a cool night they provide thin blankets and heaters. Will definitely be back!

The food was incredible! The bread was delicious, and the olive oil was great. I ordered gnocchi and couldn’t have been happier with my meal. Also, every single employee was so kind and helpful. I accidentally broke my drinking glass while I was there, and everyone was really nice about it. Some glass shards ended up in my husband’s food, and they replaced his meal for free, even though I was the one who had ruined it. This is a wonderful little restaurant, so make sure you head there when you’re in the area!

Good Italian option in Marina. Definitely no fun of the pasta in here because its always really salty! Service is good. Get the bruschetta thats always the best option!

First of all Alessio D was our Server. He was very friendly and the service was WOW. So great. Never had someone so dedicated to his work. All four pasta I try was so good. The ox tail was the best out of the 4. The bread we had was so good. But over all everything was really good. Alessio kept checking on us and make sure if we need anything. First time I had such great experience and service. Definitely I will come back. Thanks for the great service Alessio D! Keep it up.

Discovered by chance while looking for dinner on Sunday found us at this gem. Firstly a big shoutout to the staff, the recommendations and warm greetings made us feel so welcomed. The food, in a word incredible. The carbonara was simply divine, robust and flavorful but not too rich. Im not a big pasta guy, but this dish converted me. We also got the cacio de pepe and it was just so good. The wine here was also great. For dessert a tiramisu that somehow perfectly balanced all the flavors in this classic. I cannot wait to visit San Francisco again just to eat here again.

Exceptional quality We were delighted with the variety and the flavours of each item we ordered. The servings are generous and the wine Whigs was suggested by our waiter was extraordinarily good. We give a 5 star rating. Patricio was a joy and very attentive. Cant wait to return.

So charming -- our waiter was from a village in far NE Italy we had trekked through and we immediately hit it off. He helped us to find excellent wines by the glass. The pastas were to die for, as was the pizza. This place has a great vibe. They dont take reservations but are friendly to walk-ins. Highly recommend

Excellent Italian food with fresh seafood. Lovely outdoor dining setup given the times. Would definitely visit again! We ordered the Pasta Seafood special with shrimp, calamari and squid; the Pasta Carbonara (a wee bit salty for our taste) and Bruschetta as a starter. The staff was also very friendly and attentive throughout.

Wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in we were greeted with warm Italian flare! The server Giuseppe was really great, made us laugh, told us the best dishs to try and was there for us at all the right times!Really great experience, and super delicious food! I tried the special of the day, pappardelle with peas, mushrooms and sausage dressed in cream sauce. Aaaaamazing!! This is a decent little restaurant with nice outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and quick. The flavors were nice but our chicken dish was tough and chewy as was the spaghetti. While I did order from the lunch menu, the portions were even smaller than what I expected.

Theres no other word to describe the experience other than Amazing!. The servers were incredibly attentive as well as the people in the kitchen. As I was going to the restroom I noticed they were closely inspecting each plate before having the servers take them to the customers. Seeing that only heightened my expectations for the food. We had ordered the Risotto Special, Malanzane alla Parmigiana (Eggplant), and the Coda Alla Vaccinara(Oxtail). The Risotto and Oxtail dish were both on point when it came to texture, flavor, aroma, and overall mouth feel while the Eggplant dish fell short on the flavor but it was nothing a little bit of wine couldnt fix.I would highly recommend the risotto special, the Oxtail dish I mentioned, and their tiramisu.

Absolutely loved this place! Went for a birthday dinner and had a lovely time. The food was delicious, especially the mushroom and truffle ravioli and even the special - mushroom and truffle risotto. Our server was really friendly and also brought us a little tiramisu with a candle as a birthday surprise. Definitely going back for the food and ambience!!

All the pastas are pretty salty. Only the sausage was good. Ambiance of the outdoor dining is nice though and servers were full of energy!

Didnt care much for the cheese thing (my wife liked it) but I loved the oxtail pappardelle (I love my pasta thicc) and had a few bites of my wifes mushroom ravioli. The ravioli flavour was strong and delicious. Dunno if it would be too strong for an entire meal though - I was just sneaking raviolis off her plate a half at a time throughout the night.

Very good food. Tasty, fresh and portions are very reasonable. I love the blankets for the outside tables. I do not think i could have made it through without them.

The staff is friendly and I enjoy coming here but a few visit have been less enjoyable. Got the wrong order and my correct order came out cold and I never got my drink. I still gave this place 4 stars because they obviously didn’t do it on purpose and it’s out of character for them. The food is very good though… be prepared for traditional Italian though.

Great evening dining experience, we ordered the Ceasar Salad and Quatro Formaggio pizza, which was out of this world. The location was literally a 2 minute walk from the Days Inn. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Tried this place for lunch for the first time last week and we were glad we did. Good pasta (but portions are actually too large - most every customer, including us - was taking food home in a box. When I see that happening a lot I know that the portions are larger than they have to be. Yes, I know, some people like to take home the leftovers, but let’s be realistic - leftover pasta isn’t nearly as good as the fresh dish in the restaurant.One other thing that may be improved - add some lighter tomato sauces - like an arrabiata (no meat needed).Those are minor points for improvement and overall we like the place and will go back.

Seriously the BEST Italian food Ive had since I was in Italy 2 years ago.Roma Antica could teach the people in Italy something! Im not kidding. That was seriously so flavorful and delicious!And the service was equally as good.DO NOT HESITATE to go here. You will NOT be disappointed! Yum!

WOW! This is hands down the BEST Italian restaurant that Ive been to in the city ever! I lived in SF for over ten years and can safely say Roma Antica is a local jem. They have a carefully selected menu, amazingly flavorful and well prepared food, incredibly attentive employees who listen to their customers, prompt service, safe outdoor dining with heaters and blankets for all, NO WAIT when we went, and super reasonable prices. All around my dining experience there will be remembered for an eternity. TEN stars! Thanks & keep up the good work!

Had oxtail pasta and Prosciutto pizza and both were so good. That makes us to feel curious about other dishes in the menu and definitely we will come back to have them all.The ambient were not that noise that you don’t need to yell to talk. I love this place, the service is friendly, fun and attentive. The ambiance, especially indoors, is really cute but not too sophisticated nor pretentious. It is the perfect spot for a date or a friendly dinner.Their pastas are really good, I really enjoyed their Boscaiola.The Pinsas are excellent, and Id recommend the Prosciutto one.I tried the bistecca and it was really good as well.The wine list is long and very well stocked.Long story short, pay them a visit and you wont go wrong with anything on their menu!

We came in they sat us at a table and and immediately brought us a wonderful bottle of prosecco ! After sitting there for a few minutes they said if we wouldnt mind moving to their private dining room they would be happy to have us there. We said we would be absolutely pleased to move there.. The service was impeccable the appetizers were fantastic and the main course was incredible. The tyramisu could have not have been any better. The best Italian food I have outside of Florence. 5/5 would recommend. The waitress’s memorized everyone’s order and everyone’s food came out delicious. I just wished I remembered the name of the sauce that used in my Gnocchi pasta. It was a white cream sauce.
