The customer service at Bodylines is fantastic. Not only did they give me a ride home after I dropped off the car, but because of the pandemic and my age, I was sheltering in place so they brought the car to me after the work was done. After a car accident my mechanic referred me to Bodylines. They are professional while remaining casual. The worked with my insurance when they found more damage to my car then the original estimate. Body lines recently repaired my Ford F350 front side panel in less than three days and finished the project one day early. The workmanship was outstanding thanks to Isi ( I may have his name incorrect) and Evelyn in the office was on top of her game. She was very helpful, courteous, and insured my vehicle was ready in time for my upcoming trip. I HIGHLY recommend Bodylines Body Shop for any of your Auto body shop needs. They get 5 stars from me.

One of the few honest body shops in the bay area. My car seems to be a magnet for parking lot incidents that I discover when I return to my car with no one in sight nor a note left on it. Bodylines has restored both the front and rear ends to look as good as the day it cam out of the factory.

Roger and his crew have really impressed me. From turnaround time to basic customer service theyve got it down. They helped me repair a fiber carbon front lip at a very reasonable price.

I had someone hit my Yukon in the rear of my car and I had called a few auto body shops about my accident and none of them called me back. So on my way to the tire shop I passed by Bodylines who seemed to be extremely busy with cars everywhere and a polite girl behind the desk, Sarah who immediately came outside, for the information from me, vin, make, model and went back to her desk. Within 15 minutes I had a full professionally done estimate with also a complete explanation of what would be done. I have never got such a quick and efficient auto service estimate like I have today with Sarah. I also talked to the owner for a few minutes and we got into a great conversation about business. My insurance suggested Bodylines. I walked in, check-in was quick and easy. My car was ready a little over a week later this past Fridsy but due to my schedule I had to wait until today to pick it up.I am beyond thrilled! They detailed my car inside and outside!!!! Spit shined the wheels!!! And...even better... they fixed my drivers side passenger door -- my kids slammed it too hard, damaging a part of the plastic interior in a way that made it catch on the door weathering. I refused to fix it because this isnt the first time they did it. Anyway, I am sure the door repair was probably part of the work they did for the crash. 😉 Nevertheless, I am thrilled to have my door operational again. Shhhhh! Dont tell my kids!!I am happy with the service from Bodylines. I highly reccomend this family business that treats you like family.
