Brought my car in for rear driver side body repair due to a hit and run. I had a great experience with the service, esp from the Estimators, Laura and Lynn. They were both FABULOUS! I didn’t feel rushed and they were professional, kind and courteous!! I would highly recommend them not only if you need auto body repair due to an accident, but general car maintenance. Ive been bringing my cars here all of my adult life. I got it from my dad who brought our family cars here when I was a teenager. They are legitimately nice people. They always do what they can to keep the price down, and when Im struggling theyll break down what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Theyre great with old cars--I have a 91 MR2 that I wont take anywhere else. On occasion theyve even lent me a car.

Very honest! But not a bargain. If youre looking for low cost, dont look here. Theyre about on the same level of cost as dealerships, but I trust their work product more. Ive personally observed them do a minor job for free that a dealership was going to scam a person with a huge repair. At least you get what you pay for. And AAA approved.

Recently purchased a restomod (restored and modified) 1930 Chevrolet Universal Club Sedan. It has a 1984 engine under the hood - and because of this none of my usual mechanics were willing to touch it. Michael & Company was willing to give it a go, and were able to identify and remedy all of my unique cars urgent needs so I can drive my car with confidence. Will use these fine folks for my cars needs going forward.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic. I loved the full check over of my vehicle. And everyone I spoke with was so nice. I had a previous quote of $5000 and then I took my car for a second opinion. And I’m so glad I did! Not only was the other mechanic wrong about what was going on with my Ford Explorer, the fix was way cheaper. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Had the car towed there after it refused to start. It arrived there Tuesday afternoon and they diagnosed the problem Wednesday afternoon. The price for the fix was a bit high, and the car shook afterwards. The mechanic who diagnosed the issue for $120 was not able to tell us what the reason for the shaking was.I would have expected more from them.

Updated review: I contacted my insurance provider to express my concerns about my vehicles repairs and my insurance approved me to return to get the repair properly done. Upon my returning to this shop the Asian man with long hair (unfortunately I didnt get his name) told me that he does not like my review and I should remove it. I felt intimidated and threatened by the way he addressed me. I was surprised that he would confront me in such a way. I have a right as a consumer of a service or product to review however I feel appropriate. Since I am now not only dissatisfied but offended and felt threatened I will report them to consumer affairs and the BBB (Better Bussiness Bureau) just to create awareness. I do not want anyone to experience the terrible service that I did.Initial review: I was sent to this repair shop by Statefarm (my vehicles insurance provider) to get repairs on my vehicle. This company took over a month to get my vehicle repaired and even when the repairs were done I noticed that my windshield had little dings on it. All else aside they seemed irritated each and every time I had called to follow up on the status of the repair. This is my only vehicle and the insurance only covers rental vehicles for so long. Everything that was supposed to be repaired according to the insurance companys quote didnt seemed to be repaired in a legitimate manner. I do not reccomend coming to this particular shop to get you vehicle repaired because of my dissatisfied visit.

This was my first time working with the folks over at Michael & Co. after someone tried to steal my vehicle and left a ton of damage. I received timely and regular updates on the status of my vehicle as the repairs were being made, everyone I spoke with was courteous and very helpful, and I received my truck back quickly. They do amazing work! They returned my truck in cleaner and better condition than it had been in years. I HIGHLY recommend Michael & Co.

We had a valve cover repair done and a new alarm system installed all services were completed the next business day WOW! very happy customers. Front office is very responsive and the mechanics are top notch.

Personnel changes have made our experiences vary a bit, but they are still the best we have ever had in quality of work, the speed at which they do it and the professional manner they conduct themselves in the vast majority of the time. Cost is always a concern - yet you get what you pay for. Over the decades of driving, I have come to rely on a well functioning vehicle. For my spouse, it is absolutely essential. Michaels does that for us.

Unlike many places especially dealerships, they are truly honest, and do great work in a timely fashion. Everyone I have had the privilege to interact with have been respectable, knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly honest. I have had many poor experiences specifically with dealer ship service departments. Michael & Company do a far better job at every aspect of the business.

My Siena needs tire, alignment and an oil change. They found that some filters also needed replacing along with a leak in the power steering. They send a link with pickers of all the items and a report on their inspection. All work was done quickly and at a fair price.

Michael and Company are the only ones I trust to care for my 20 year old car. They did the first service, in fact. Most recently, the car quit working and needed to be towed somewhere. I had them take it to Michael. The car was fixed by the next day. Michael and his employees always go out of their way to make sure my car is in great shape and I appreciate the time and effort they put into it.

GREAT service! Michael & Company is the best garage I have ever used. I have been going there now for many years and will continue going back. They do excellent work and are knowledgeable and honest. My Honda, the first car I brought there, drove like a gem well past 280k miles and I decided to replace it; my Toyota Corolla was well on its way past 300K when it was totaled; my replacement Toyota is well over 100K and drives perfectly. And all this because of the fine maintenance work. I get ALL my oil changes here because I can count on them to monitor my vehicles condition and alert me. I have always received the best reports on things to watch, so that I can plan ahead for larger maintenance items like brake work. I have NEVER had any of my cars towed in because of breakdown, because they are on top of what is needed and when. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough. They are really a great business. Competent, and very nice people, too.

I was sent here from Midas for a ENGINE cleaning due to a leakage of oil on my driveway and needed to pin point if my Volkswagen Eso if it had a OIL leak. Choose to come to Michael Co and I was told that there was NO leakage in the the engine or lines..The Diagnose came back saying my car had a oil cap leak on the bottom wasn’t Properly tightened or just reuse the old cap. I’m so thankful for Michael Co being honest and pin pointing the REAL problem. Will be coming here from now on for any car problems!

Ive been to Michael & Company for both repairs and general maintenance. They do a fantastic job. Their have excellent customer service and go above and beyond. Last year they handled my repairs after a car side-swiped me and it was effortless to work with them and my insurance (AAA). After that experience I have gone back to have general work done. Most recently they did a transmission flush and fluid change and now my Honda Element is running better than I could have imagined. Great work!

I had my car s rear brake pads replaced. All was done timely and with reasonable price. There is a waiting room, guest wifi, coffee and water while you wait there and restroom was pretty clean.

My 1995 DelSol is in fabulous condition mechanically and physically because of the great care it gets at Michael & Co. I have been bringing it here since 1997 and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Mike and his team are welcoming, professional, friendly and courteous. They get me in quickly for problems large and small, and I always feel I am getting the best service possible here. At 180,000 miles, this car is set to outlast me, largely due to the care it’s received at Michael & Company, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We never feel pressured to do some work and they want to make sure that we understand what is being done and why it is being done! We never worry about our car care with Michael and Company! Their service is comprehensive, they send you reminders when to bring your car in and they do their work in a timely manner.

Been going here over 20 years. Theyve been great for minor and major repairs for all the cars weve owned. The recent work they even declined charging me as the car was scrap (diagnosis was it needed a rebuilt engine), and they helped me donate the car to a charity.

I recently took our 2006 Trailblazer SS in to have them check the transmission. I told the service rep, Chris, that we were experiencing what felt like the trans was slipping on acceleration. They took the car out, but didnt experience the issues we had mentioned. Chris was our rep throughout the process, he called at the end of each day to let me know what they were doing. When they mentioned that they didnt find any problems, he never tried to up sale me on any service, he actually said that the car was not due any service. He did say that the trans fluid was starting to lose its red color, and that having the trans serviced was the only thing hed recommend. After picking up the car, everything was back to normal. Weve been taking our vehicles to Michael & Company for over 20 years, always get the same great service. Recommend them to all who ask.

Good service, but tried to up-sell my 21-year-old daughter on a front-end alignment which they just did 8 months prior. Luckily I prepared her for the question and they backed off. Weve used them for several years, but this has become a common tactic; not sure that I trust them any longer.

Exceptional and caring service! When we arrived to find a nearly dead car after 29 hours of travel, they helped us get my car working appropriately so we could get home that night. I said I would call for an appt later in the week (and did) to have them go through the electrical systems to reset everything. There was no charge for the time spent the first day of rescue, and they simply trusted me to bring it back for more work. Ive been a loyal customer of Michaels for nearly 30 years, and thats why!

Michael and Company is a great company to work with. When you have your car worked on they will just repair what you have wrong. They will, also tell you iif another item needs repair. They are honest and will not do extra repairs that you do not need. I have has excellent service with them. I recommend Michael and Company.

I had a mechanic for quite a while but he got progressively lazier and lazier even after I explained just how important my vehicle was. I contacted a friend who, as it turns out, works here. What I first thought was going to be a routine tune up ended up being much worse, in fact I thought the vehicle was toast. After some back and forth discussion Chris ended up not only being able to save my vehicle but got it done for a very reasonable price, his work went above and beyond anything I expected. Ive found my new auto shop and wish I could give more stars

We have been bringing our cars to Michael and Company for over 20 years and have deeply appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff. My 27 year old Mitsubishi SUV has received tender care and still running well. Also, my 2014 Prius was involved in an accident where the front half of the car was smashed in. It was repaired such that it looked and operated like it was brand new. I highly recommend this company for all repairs and paint jobs.

Ive been using Michael & Co. for all my familys auto maintenance and repair needs since 1985, from my 1985 Toyota Corolla through my wifes 2018 Toyota Corolla and all in between. They are responsive to my needs, practical, have very qualified workmen, and simply do the right jobs well at a reasonable cost.Plus, I never have to worry about them trying to sell unnecessary work. Instead, they will point out any necessary corrective maintenance and how soon it needs to be done. Their good judgement has helped me schedule major auto expenses without experiencing premature, unplanned failures.As my current auto usage is very light, its important to maintain my vehicles for changes that occur over time while not spending excess for wear that happens with mileage. Their experience has kept my 13 year old current vehicle running well after 53,000 miles without paying for unnecessary maintenance.

Been taking our cars to Michael since he was a little hole-in-the-wall shop on Lenzen called Micheals Honda. Always having Hondas and Acuras, it was a good fit. No Hondas in the garage now, but still go to Michaels. Theyre honest and fair priced, do great work, and are just pleasant people to work with. Do all our service there as well as body work (from major damage after an accident down to little scrapes that just bug me - shout out to Getty and Lynn!). All around excellent shop that I recommend to everyone I know. Cant say enough good things about them.
