After dealing with a very rude costumer service or whoever answers the phones, went to make a large lump sum payment and was met with Victor. Victor kindly attended my fiance and I very quickly and helped us out with our concerns about making our payment on time. Had it not been for Victor, our payment would have made it to collections and this review would have been about how rude the front desk staff is to customers. The lady was even bothered with simple business hours questions. Thank you Victor for turning our experience around and making sure we were taken care of.

I needed my car towed yesterday so I called AAA and they sent this disrespectful young man out to help me. 1st of all the guy showed up with a unpleasant attitude. I gave him the address to where I wanted the car dropped, he shows up at the incorrect address and has the audacity to call me and threaten to bring my car back and tells me he doesnt have time to be driving around looking for this place. Excuse me!I pay almost $100 a year for my AAA service I expected to be treated with respect. Ive made a complaint to AAA and will never consider doing business with these guys again. Period!!

Phone just screams an ear bleeding dial tone at you for 60 seconds... I just want to know how much money these vampires are trying to take from me before I drive 30 minutes to wait another hour for them to tell me.

I called AAA and they sent Motor Body to help me out on the side of the 101 freeway late on a Saturday Night. My car was hammered (missing front wheel, flat rear wheel, leaking fluids) laying flat on the ground. Juan and another team member came out to rescue me and they were excellent. Polite, Courteous, Professional, Helpful and Genuine!!!. What I regret most is not having any cash to give them the tip they most certainly deserved for helping me and my girlfriend out at 2AM. If I could give 10 stars I would.

If this is the towing company that AAA sent out, hopefully, because I want to say that the person who helped tow my car late night was very helpful and courteous. His name is Matthew, and I just want to say he did an excellent job. Thank you for kind workers.

The most unprofessional, lackadaisical tow company I have ever had the misfortune to work with.

This people are thieves with government license. And on top of that rude. I think they have to be investigated by FBI, because they could be doing this in complicity with Police Department. I got charge 310.00 for just a couple of hours, and my car was stolen. They robbed me so easily.

I helped a friend recover his stolen vehicle from this tow yard, surprisingly, the tow truck drivers are nicer than then lady behind the counter. If it wasnt for the awesome attitude from the yard attendant this would have been a really bad experience.

Nice friendly people but I think they should give victims of auto theft a little break after all its not our fault are vehicle got stolen I think they should take that in consideration

My sons truck was stolen. The police said when they find it they would notify us before it got towed so no fees. Didnt happen. Motorbody was called but not us. They towed it. I called to find out the condition and they wont tell us. We need to take tine off work and need to understand if it is drivable. They wont even tells us so we can plan. I will be telling USAA that the were impossible to deal with since USAA has a contract with them. Oh yeah and they were heartless and rude and we were the victims!!!

I cant afford the the cost so I have to surrender my vehicle and they wont let me get my personal items. They said I have to register my vehicle with DMV they camt except my pink slip with my name on it because I just bought the Vehicle or the keys. This sounds crazy why because they know that I have a lot of valuables in my vehicle. Your personal stuff they have no right to it but they make it difficult for you to get them especially if things ate worth a lot of money, they thiefs

Bad experience, no spanish speakers at front desk for customer service. Waited for long hours to get car delivered to my location even though it was literally 4 minutes driving distance from their establishment. They have a bunch of drivers and no one could deliver the vehicle, whats up with that as if people dont have other things to do.

Got towed last night and took the driver seven attempts to move my car, as he stalled each time. Wasnt even careful with the car either and they had the wrong tow truck to even tow my car. Overall Id say driver was inexperienced with driving a manual car.

This ppl are thiefs they had the nerve to go inside my truck with no key opened it went inside my purse and stole 300$ and some dollars from me after we paid them there 390$ to take it out and let me tell you the truck was in there for just one day . No respect !
