Overall very good experience (definitely better than their actual sales - dealership department). Especially, the service manager, Eric, was very helpful in facilitating a quality and quick repair. So in case you found a slow process or a problem, he might be able to professionally help you.They just need to work on their responsiveness, so that customers do not need to go there in person just to get a status check. Eric helped with this issue as well.My brand new Audi had two manufacturing defects (yes you need to be even more meticulous than the PDI or the sales person before taking the car even at Audi) and the could handle both of course through the warranty.
This is my second time to bring my one-year-old Q3 in this facility, first one was for maintenance and recall, and recently was for a flat tire beyond repair. Each of these times, I had an excellent experience from the time I dropped off my car, the wonderful loaner provided, all my car’s concerns/issues completed, to the time a picked up my very clean car. Everyone I encountered on this facility are professional and friendly, most especially my advisor Nick. I could not say enough great words for Nick’s outstanding customer service...very professional, positive attitude, awesome follow-up, quality work and ensures you are really taken care of. NEVER CHOOSE AUDI ANY MORELast month I did a full service, Brake change, and A/C inspection, add freon half a month ago. It takes about 1 week to get my car back. The main reason is my service advisor is not working and no one tells me I can come to pick my car. All the calls went to voice message. I have to come in person to ask if I can pick up my car in 2021. EXCUSE ME??One week later the A/C was not functional after they add freon and told me everything is fine in the last inspection. I brought my car back and something happened. The service advisor doesnt respond to my message again. After about one week later. I cant wait anymore so I came in person and he was just there and making jokes with his colleagues. He told me everything is fine just the freon is low. (They just refill 3 week ago) I got my car back. But later I found A/C still not working.Its a waste of time to come here.Bad service, terrible quality. Never came back.
Calvin took great care of me and my Audi. I had recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Audi and noticed some cosmetic blemishes to the moonroof lining. He helped me get a voucher from the sales office so that it could get covered because the nature of it fell outside of what the warranty covers. He was thorough and polite.
Very prompt, transparent, provided me a video of required repairs. I’ve always been happy with their service. Account managers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend all Audi repairs and services.
I think my advisor, John, did a good job but it took 6 days to actually get the car serviced. I did have a free loaner during that period but this was a relatively limited service with one diagnosis to do. I gave them the car Wednesday and they didnt touch it until Friday. I finally got the car back Tuesday. I think the service and diagnosis themselves were good but I would have appreciated more them more promptly getting to my car or even telling me prior to bring the car in that they were really backed up and theyd like to reschedule. Thanks.
It was my first time trying Audi San Jose - probably my last as well. I had to wait 30 minutes in my car past the scheduled service time; they were running late. I had a limited amount of time available. When the service person (John Lopez) finally showed up, I told him I had been waiting and was short of time. Rather than an apology, his response was something like you can see I was with another customer, be reasonable. It got worse from there. I finally just drove away and booked an appointment at another Audi service center. The first rule in a service business is the customer is always right. The second, in my opinion, is to be courteous. Neither happened. Stay away from this place...
Comfortable waiting areas. Courteous professional staff. Appreciate the no-contact payment options. Would be nice to have an estimate of wait time. 45 min after appointment start is longer than most folks can afford without needing to report to someone about the delay, and theyll need better information. Audi Stevens Creek is full of nice and caring employees. Got the job done before the estimated timing. Great waiting area has so many free snacks and great coffee to go along with it.
Consumer beware! They honestly quoted my wife nearly $4,000 for a timing belt change. There are several things wrong with this. First, her model is not due, according to the official Audi service schedule, for this service until 130K miles and she was visiting for a 90K service, so they were trying to milk her with this service recommendation off the top. Second, $4,000 for this service is absolutely insane! It should not be more than $1,500 parts and labor and honestly you can do it for under $900 at a non-dealer location. They were trying to charge almost $3,000 for the labor. This was so bad on so many levels that I will never be doing any business with this location ever again. And it honestly leaves a very bad mark on the Audi brand. Headquarters should look into this. Stay away from here!
For full disclosure, Ill admit that while the first moments of this appointment were pleasant, due to a lack of communication, leading to a completely avoidable inconvenience, I felt more annoyed than encouraged by the time I came to pick up my car. However, what I rather focus on for this review is how Manny Cardova, Service Drive Supervisor, not only restored my faith in the collective Service experience, but how he also made my day. Manny was the first person I interacted with upon my arrival to retrieve my car. Simply put, Manny was delightful, uplifting and I immediately felt stress melting away as we conversed. He clearly not only is good at his position, but he genuinely, very clearly LOVES it, and was built for it. Mannys people or soft skills are on point! The time and care he took in ensuring I had all I needed to close out my service without friction, and in an expedited fashion, is something I cant help but to highlight. It made all the difference that day, and put a huge smile on my face, and he deserves to be acknowledged for all of it.
I got my new A6s windows tinted. Initially there were bubbles around the edges of the back window tint and it was a little blurry in the middle (especially at night where the light from cars gets spread out). I was told when I picked it up in late May that it would take about ~2 weeks for it to settle. That made sense so I then waited 2-3 weeks but the bubbles and blurriness persisted. I was in contact with the person who managed my service. However, after a few texts (with days in between replies) I was told that there was probably nothing I could do about bubbles (not what I was told day I picked it up) and if there was something wrong with middle they could fix. I texted back that I would like them to fix atleast the blurriness, and the bubbles as well since thats what I was told when I picked it up, but have heard no reply since then (a month ago). I got in contact with service manager last week but have not heard back and have called multiple times but everytime I get sent to voice mail (even when I ask for any service manager). At this point Im going on almost 2 months with a bad tint job and have not been able to get it solved. When I was finalizing the A6 finances, I was recommended to use this tinting since it was good and it could be for others but in my case it has fallen flat of expectations. Would not recommend tint jobs from here and hopefully I get this fixed soon.Other car has tinted back window in which you can see the car lights on the cars rather than in the lines shown on the picture attached. Havent really had this issue in any past car either.
Brought my car in for annual service. Concepcion was very helpful and professional in handling my concerns and getting them sorted out. Really like the new feature where they sent the video of the cars review from the technician where he went over all the inspection points and describes their state. Also like how I can text my representative anytime if I have any more doubts or need to know the status of the work. Everything was very punctual and the facility is very clean and sanitized so feels safe.

Came here for a recall service. They tell you to wait in the car when you arrive. On arrival I waited in the car for a min, no one came, so I went inside to see can someone help me out. I was helped out by Zach. He was friendly and professional. He ordered me Uber Comfort back home. After 3 hours, Zack sent me a message that the yearly service was also due, so they were able to get it done all in the same day, which was convenient.The new building is pleasant and people are friendly. Out of all of the dealership service experiences this has been the best one so far.

What a circus. I took my car in for a noise Ive never heard from any car before old or new. Its a constant noise and its critical nothing fails on this car in the next month. Took it in for an inspection and they say everything is good. Had to bring it back to tell them to look at a particular part the forums say is a known issue. They replace a different part and say its all good. I immediately notice its still there. I have to bring it back for a 3rd time and now they say they dont hear anything. I go ride with the tech and now magically we can both hear the noise but get this, it must be the roads you drive on as in road noise. So all in all Ive been without a car for weeks, Ive paid over 400 dollars and the problem is still not fixed. Time to call corporate I guess.
Great service as I worked with Concepcion. Brought my car in for its one year check up. I really love the new service center too, very clean. Service was fast and friendly and I had a loaner while my car had to stay for a day. Everything was just seamless. What was a bonus is I could text or check the text link for status updates, great for those of us who are always busy and working. 5 Stars from me.
Our service with Audi Service was completed through Nick Chavez. Our issue was a cracked windshield that needed a full replacement. I had made the call with Audi Service the day before to find out logistics, and was thankful that I could bring the car in the following day, and had the work completed within 24 hours -- quick!I am thankful for Nick Chavez and the Audi crew for taking really good care of us. The team was professional, fast, and the overall repair is A+.

I came here for service - I was hesitant because of the Yelp reviews which absolutely trash this service department - I should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else.They did a basic oil change and a $200 diagnostic. When I got the car back home, I looked under the hood to check the work - and saw compartments still open and plastic compartment covers loose and sliding around in the top area next to windshield area of the engine compartment.This is the second time Ive gotten a vehicle back from Audi Stevens Creek Service Department for service and it wasnt put back the way it should have been - and for basic simple stuff. Im glad now I declined the $1800 worth of service they say the car needed - Im going to have it done, but by a dependable mechanic - for about $500 less.I should have taken the uppity and smug attitude of Sean - who took in the vehicle - as a warning. I left several messages for Eric, the service manager about this issue, he never returned any of them - until I started calling his bosses.Incredibly unprofessional and infuriating. Especially considering the premium you pay for service here. You want work done on your Audi by professional Audi techs? Go somewhere else.

Very fast check in process, they have people waiting outside to check you in instantly so you can step inside the waiting room and talk to your advisor. Unlike BMW or Mercedes, you have to wait outside for your advisor to come out and they dont pair you with the advisor you wanted.2. Advisor is very knowledgeable, part ordering is blazing fast. The estimate is accurate and the communication between customer and advisor is super easy because they offer a dedicated text line to your advisor.3. I got a text reminder and a digital PDF version of my vehicle report and invoice before my advisor notified me. A peace of mind.4. They washed your car and dry it good, free coffee machine and snacks. I wish they have a food bar like BMW where they cook breakfast for customer.Overall, amazing experience thanks to Calvin! Needed a new battery. Most amazing besides great service personnel was how very clean and welcoming the facility is. I was concerned that the battery change procedure would take most of the day. Only 1.5 hrs and I was out the door. Thank you.
Warranty parts were limited (probably due to Covid and limited chips) which impacted timeline; however, I have no complaints as they provided a loaner car.

I took my car in for its 30k mile service. Service manager (Concepcion) was fantastic. She said 2 hours, it took 2 hours. Tires were a bit worn and so those were replaced with balance and wheel alignment. Exactly as long as they said. The waiting room was big and spacious so I was never within 12’ of another customer. Wifi was good so that I could do some work also. Excellent job and I would highly recommend!
I had a very bad experience at this location. I will definitely avoid this location at all costs in future.Firstly, when I booked a service, there was no talk of money being charged. And I believe I had one service remaining from Audi care and CPO extension. So I thought this would be my last free service. But I was told about the ~$800 for 2 years package on the spot when I was just about to leave the car. Beware of the high cost of service at this location!Secondly, I was recommended some repairs(control arm bushings replacement quoted at $2600). When I went to the site at around 5:20 in the evening, there was no one to explain me about the repairs. Eventually someone spoke to me, but the breakdown of parts and labor was not explained. The person who explained was very rude and just said labor is expensive for AUDI. How difficult is it to provide a division of labor and parts cost?Lastly, about the loaner car gas charge. I simply drove the loaner car from dealership to home in morning and back to dealership in evening. (Totally less than 8 miles). For this I topped up gas by 1 gallon. When I returned the vehicle I asked the in charge person about gas. No one answered me. After 2 daysI was charged for 1 gallon gas and convenience fee (total around $15). I did not think the service center would stoop this low to make money. I have had very good experiences in my earlier visits to a service center at a different location, but this was the absolute worst. Im might leave Audi for good if this bad treatment continues.

This was my first time at this service location. I was promptly greeted by Nick, my service advisor. He was courteous, professional and transparent on the whole process and cost of the service. The location is top notch with a nice, comfortable waiting room with plenty of room and outlets to keep your devices charged while you wait. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received as well as the professionalism of Nick. I’ll be back when it’s time to get my vehicle serviced again. Fun fact, I didn’t realize this location was the old Toys R Us on Winchester. When Nick mentioned that, it totally blew my mind as my family used to frequent that toy store but the location looks so different now.
I got a new 2021 Q5e Prestige - District Green and was facing some ambient light issue. I called up the dealership and Nader (My favorite salesperson) referred me to John Lopez. I was able to schedule an appointment with John easily.On the appointment day I got my car in driveway, Some guy helped with the checkin process and within 5-10mins John met me. We had a good discussion about Audi models Q5, SQ5, Q5e.. I loved the discussion. Eventually I explained him the problem. Got the loaner vehicle. John texted me on 2nd day that my vehicle was ready and yea thats all.I have been going to Audi Stevens Creek service center from last 5 years (For yearly service). Now on my 2nd leased vehicle from them and love it.Ask for John Lopez guys. He could be busy sometimes but he knows his stuff.

The service was great and they communicated well with me. The only thing is that I was slightly disappointed that they did not offer a military discount. Ive owned many luxury vehicles and was always offered a discount. It must be an Audi thing because Stevens Creek Mercedes offered me a discount. Other than that, everything was great.
Their only objective is to squeeze money out of the customers pocket once your car goes out of warranty so please beware and do your research before you go to this Audi service station...During last service in 2020, while warranty was still active, they couldnt or didnt find any wear issues during inspection. However, they reported wear issue in engine mounts and control arm in 2021 scheduled service, amounting to $3K. It is very obvious to find out the reported issue during inspection. Since, the car wasnt driven much in 2020, the issue must have existed in 2020 or even earlier. I am sure they didnt mention the issue deliberately.Please be watchful of the inspection they do at this service station..
Need to work on timely commitment & delivery. Had to follow up multiple times to understand the status of service & pick up. This could have been handled better. Though helped in offering a loaner car which was good but finally completed the service

Not completely impressed with service. They had my car for brake service and by appointment, for 5 hours only to tell me that they had to order the part . So, im not happy that they did not tell me or notify me earlier .
Very professional and comfortable experience. Their service advisors are very experienced and know a lot about the cars. If you don’t know a lot about a car you may feel a little bit intimidated but they have never recommended some thing I didn’t need. They do fast talk the prepaid service pretty aggressively. If you want to have all your service at a dealer it’s a fair deal. I would recommend doing some general research about your car before you go so you can be more comfortable with their recommendations. I’ve never had to take anything back after service.
We had the 65000 mile service. All the above were checked. Our service advisor made the whole thing a pleasure. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all questions in a timely manner. And he made sure we were satisfied in every way. He’s a keeper!
Nick made sure the repair was done asap in a timely manner. He explained the problem and made sure I was safe getting back on the road.

I came in for a recall service and the car is practically brand new. They did a check up on the car anyway. I arrived at about 8am for an 8:15 appointment. There was virtually no waiting and the advisor approached me almost right away. Can’t say what can happen later on the day. My experience this time is much better than the AutoNation Mercedes service center nearby in all aspects.—- update on 2020-09-01Came for service with an appointment. There’s a long line, and the service is not great. I was told that they have few staff working because of the COVID situation but there are actually more customers. The waiting room wifi is broken. I alerted a service advisor. He said he would reach out to someone to reset the system. It’s been probably 20 minutes. There has been no reset so far.-- updated on 2020-12-28Had an oil change. One staff seemed a little tired and was not as courteous as expected. The rest of the staff, especially my advisor Calvin Chan, were all very nice. Mr. Chan was quite patient and responsive. It was not too crowded so the experience was fine. The service was performed expeditiously.
Once again I had a man excellent experience with Audi. John Lopez always takes care of me in a highly professional and courteous manner. He’s great!

Ive been a customer since 2007 and have always been treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism by the Service personnel. I feel confident of their technical abilities, knowledge and care of my car. Its very rare that my car is returned with any scratches or marks but this time the paint was scratched off one of the window control buttons, which I immediately noted and reported to the Service Agent, hence 4 stars

My only complaint is that the repair tech recommended tire rotation on the service notes, but didn’t do it because it wasn’t part of the service I requested. Then I told them to do it, because I paid for extended warranty and it should be covered. When I picked up the car the next morning there was an additional notation that the left rear tire was mounted backwards. I asked them why they didn’t fix it and they said I didn’t buy the tire from them. Finally there was newly splattered dirt on the car, which they said they had washed. I asked them about it and the service guy said it was a windy day and because I picked up the morning after service it of course was dirty. Then asked me if I wanted them to hose it off.
This location is way better than the burlingame location. Everyone here is very pleasant and professional. Car felt brand new after everything was fixed. I would definitely recommend people to this location and I will be back for any future repairs. Thank you team!

Brought my RS3 in for its scheduled oil change. I made a request to install some black badges/emblems that Audi OEM did not make. The service team installed them ultimately for a really great price. (not typical of any dealership). I really appreciate the effort and help that the service team gave me.

The service representative Sean was very responsive. Defined a list of issues and made sure that my car would be safe to drive, with a few items that could wait. So I did not feel pressure to have to fix everything on the list which would have been very costly at one time. The only negative was having to wait 30 minutes to get my car after paying the cashier when picking up my car. There seemed to be only 1 person bringing up rental cars and retrieving cars for customers that were picking up. Since I had to wait outside, the chairs that were outside are not that comfortable to sit on for that long a time. But I’m very happy with my service and will return for other issues that were noted that will still need repairs.

I recently bought an R8 and immediately heard a rattling noise in the cabin. Made an appointment and my original service advisor Chad was a rockstar. He went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Called him a few months later to bring my car in for a service and he told me he was moving which was a bummer.He passed me to his colleague Concepcion who was equally amazing. She was super helpful and took the time to elaborate the different packages and was able to accommodate to all my needs.One thing for sure is that Audi has done a great job hiring employees who are great with customer service which is essential to building trust in long term partnership. Kudos to you!

I’ve always had a good experience here. This time, however, I must say I was underwhelmed for two reasons.I think it is great they get you a Lyft to and from your home or work, but my specialist forgot to input the Lyft once I checked the car in. So, after waiting outside for 20 minutes, I went back in and she apologized for forgetting. I appreciated the honesty as we can all make mistakes.But, when you are paying close to $1000 for your 10k service, you would think that a tire rotation would be included. It is not. I was actually told that it is recommended to rotate your tires, but the charge would be $20.Ok—not a big deal. Still don’t get it when the price of the service is large compared to the tire rotation, but I thought it would be a great customer service gesture to waive the rotation fee since they forgot to call the Lyft, but that didn’t happen.Now that my prepaid services are done, I won’t be coming back for routine servicing.
Needed urgent repair of a tire, they fit me in as an emergency. And the tire was covered by the warranty and as a result I didn’t have to deal with any paperwork or hassle-it was all handled by the Audi service team.
I purchased my second Audi directly as a result of working with Casey Angen. My first Audi was a 2006 Black A6 -- a beautiful shiny combination of black and chrome. I took my car for all service to Stevens Creek Audi. However Lojack was installed improperly by Lojack and interfered with the cars electronics, causing issues with the radio and ignition. Casey carefully investigated the issue and got to the bottom of the problem. When the technicians were done, the car ran like new. I purchased an S5 from Audi Stevens Creek in 2019. Its fantastic to work with Casey and with an auto company that stands behind the cars it builds. In this day and age, its priceless to have confidence in a business and experience great customer service. Thank you Casey and Stevens Creek Audi!
Great seevice, super friendly, reasonably quick and totally thorough. Great price actually! Use their specials. Have to add this - when they were brand new my wife had a not so great experience (and she really let them have it) but last few times been here its been super great. I mean really awesome. Did some quickturn work for me (out of ordinary) really fast and was super well done. Beyond exoectations — which I expect Audi to be if they want to sell me an R8 down the road! :-)
They are rude. Do not go here. Service advisers and managers are rude and condescending. Had to bring my car in twice, the second time because the issue that I brought it in for the first time was not fixed. Called ahead of time to let them know what was happening and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it under warranty. But when I came in they did not do what they said they would do. Instead, they had me leave my car and then called me later to tell me that I would have to pay again to have the issue resolved. Stay away!!
Two hours was way too long to replace a sun visor clip!
The odometer on my Audi is in km, and I have pointed it to them promptly. This service reported the reading from odometer directly to Carfax in miles. They are just unable to perform and report the odometer reading correctly, and not willing to correct their own mistake. I went back and forth explaining options they have to capture the result correctly, but they are not able to handle it.

Well the techs are really backed up today. How long can you leave the car for? Sorry we dont offer loaners unless we know whats wrong with the vehicle. You can wait but we dont know how long it will take, did I mention the techs are backed up today This is probably 95% of what people go through at any service center.Now let me paint the beautiful picture of what actually happened on my visit. I show up at 8:45am for my appointment. I was greeted immediately and with a few mins Ray, my service advisor, was out to check in the vehicle. I explained to him that I have had this 2019 Audi A6 for 2 days and there was some interesting sounds coming from the driver side front. He immediately calls the shop foreman, Ernie, to come and take a ride with me to confirm the noise. After a 2 min ride, Ernie confirms the noise and we drove right into the shop and he put it up on the lift. Mind you, I have only been at the service center for about 15 mins and the vehicle was already on the lift being inspected. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem (wheel liner was folded over the sway bar, most likely during assembly of the vehicle). Makes a few adjustments and I was on my way. This was a great experience and they have made a long term customer out of me. Keep up the great work!
My Service Rep, Phillip Ramirez, is the best part of doing business here. He is always accessible by text or phone. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and takes care of business with a smile!
I am extremely upset about their service, they sold me the Audi care for 4 services and after 3 years they are saying the last one is expired without refunding me! They dont feel responsible for whatever their staff sold you, very poor management!

Getting your car serviced is right up there with going to the dentist, in terms of things I enjoy. The Audi Stevens Creek service center was surprisingly friendly, clean and well organized. I’ve had several services since purchasing my Audi. Appointments are easy to schedule. The waiting area has all the amenities you would want. Most importantly, the turnaround is quick and communication is clear. If you have a choice, ask for Ray. He is the best.

John Lopez was great! If you ever go to audi on Stevens creek for anything talk to him. He was very helpful and always got back to me. Im only 20 years old and don’t know much about cars but John always makes sure I understand what needs to be done.

Excellent service and facility. I had tricky EPC light caused by engine misfire after 181 K. Car was checked, fixed, tested overnight and cleaned - while I was enjoying a new Audi loan car. Thank you.

Communication is an issue especially if you are trying to book service online, I never got my callback which I my promised to get more information on my request. In store service was okay nothing special which your expect for the prices you pay, my car was not even returned washed. I came from AZ, where the customer service was excellent so my expectation might be a bit too high.
I had an exceptional experience with my recent car service at Audi Stevens Creek. The entire team was very professional and got me in and out of the facility in a short period of time. They performed the requested service and returned my car cleaned to me. I was very happy to have the expertise of the dealership doing my tire replacement and alignment as I knew that I was would not have to worry about the quality of the work performed .

Update 5/21:I eventually heard back from someone so I took my car in to replace the battery. My normal service advisor was in when I went to pick up the car . He apologized for the communications difficulties, and made sure my car was good to go. The handoff process when your normal advisor (Phillip, who is great I need to add) is out may need some work, but I still like the service center.update 3/23/21:I dont know what is going on over there in the service department but my last interaction with Audi Stevens Creek has been frustrating. I have spoken and talked with advisors and representatives to find out how much something would cost, been hung up on once, and listened to promises of a call back with the information. I still cant get a straight answer. It shouldnt be this difficult to find out the cost of a replacement car battery--right?I havent had any problems bringing my car here. My advisor, Phillip, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He is a great person to bring your car to. Another plus is your car coming back freshly washed.
