I bought my Honda Accord Hybrid at this dealer and paid for the service package. The process went smoothly and Mr. Doshi was quite patient with me in making a decision. The service managers are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, especially Clint and Ricardo. They listen and get everything right. They do not try to sell other services. I appreciate the training given to all employees so the courtesy is consistent. The facility is remodeled, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership!
This was my first experience w/ the service dept.Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. I waited in the main area while my CR-V was getting its first oil change, etc. They predicted it would probably take an hour and a half and that’s exactly what happened. Since I’m leasing the car, I signed up for the service contract, which made it very convenient.
Excellent service. Long and Summer communicated efficiently and accurately. Updated me along the way and got me out on time. Everything explained well. Wifi strong so I could work while I waited and plenty of Diet Coke in the vending machine. It was like I was working from home. Thank you Honda of Stevens Creek Service!!!

Had battery problems. Got my Honda jumpstarted and took it in to have the battery tested. Steve Seyuin, my service advisor, recommended we keep the Honda overnight and start it in the morning. The mechanic did that and tested the cranking amps. It was well below the normal cranking amp output of the battery. Next Steve recommended we charge it for three hours to see if it can take the charge, and to see if the starter or alternator could be the cause of the problem. After test run, discovered battery failed and needed a replacement, which Steve did. I now have a new battery free of charge because it was under warranty. The whole process was very smooth. You made me wait an hour longer in the waiting room. I dont read my textes, or get them. Someone should have come in and told me it was ready. Others who came in after me for more than just an oil change got out before me. Only when I went and asked did I find out the car had been ready for over and hour. You guys blew it. The person even tried to pass me off to someone else. At the end he appologized and gave me a discount. But that did not solve the issue. Thanks.
My car was due for service maintenance but also had an issue where battery would die often. Last time we got it checked it was confirmed the battery was fine. But it would not start while I was there. The issue was looked at and battery change recommended. I found the service professional and helpful.
Service was very smooth and painless. Both check-in and check-out was fast and the service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. They have.a complimentary shuttle service that I used to get back home after leaving my vehicle for service. That was very convenient

Had a regular service appointment with Long Tong today. He was really helpful and friendly. The waiting area has a coffee machine, as well as a lot of seating. Overall had a very good experience at this Honda service center and found them a lot more pleasant than others I have gone to

I took my car in for a 10k mile checkup. The young man assisting me was very polite, friendly and thorough. He advised me if his recommendations and explained what exactly was going to be serviced and changed on my car from the get go. And my vehicle was ready for pickup just when he said it would be. My HRV 2017 was working great until I had the mandatory software upgrade performed. Now, driving through Santa Cruz mountains in sport mode using paddle shift for the 152 curves. It started slipping and shifting by itself for no reason from 2 -3 -4 then 4-3-2.I pulled over since it scared me. turned off the car and tried again. No Problem. Since it is intermittent the service advisor said run it until it breaks basically. I asked if they could reverse the up grade. NOPE! It has done this twice since that first day. Catch 22 cant fix this till it breaks. I read the recall and this is the same problem they wanted fixed with the RECALL!
I had an appt for 3pm. Got there 5 minutes early. Within a minute, someone came to check out my tires and provided the status (wear-n-tear) and recommendations. I thought he was informative. After he was done, Steve Seyuin (Service Advisor) came out to check me in for my appt. I didnt have to wait long...maybe another minute or two after the tire inspection. Steve and I went through my previous oil change and recommendations and checked if additional maintenances needed. He did an excellent job on explaining whats needed (must / should) and whats recommended (preventative care) so I can make a wise decision. Steve informed that my appt would take approx. 1.5 hour and he was right on. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge but most of all, he treated me with respect (being a woman) and didnt talk to me like I wouldnt understand anything about car. Overall, I would definitely schedule my appt again with Steve. Outstanding 5 stars service! Thanks

Service was prompt and courteous throughout. Went for A01 service per vehicle indicator. Rep informed that Transmission Fluid replacement is due. Tire inspection led to wheel misalignment diagnosis.All work was done in specified time.
Honda of Stevens Creek changed oil and conducted multiple point inspection on Odyssey 2011. Battery service is included in multiple point inspection. There were no problem with vehicle reported. Dead battery occurs a week after service.
Smooth experience, work has been completed faster than estimated.

Got charged two services each $198.99, one of them is changing a fuse I understand that I reported two issues but since one of them was a blown fuse., I did not appreciate being charges $198.99 almost $200 to replace a fuse. I have to admit I was warned by everyone to go to a garage instead of a dealer and when I went to garage it was booked solid for two weeks and wont take my car and ask me to come in after two weeks and I was not sure he can take it then. I wouldnt recommend you guys without letting anyone knows that you overcharge people and they should expect if they report three issues they will be charged $600 as the service manager told me when I complained about paying $200 for a blown fuse

I brought my Ridgeline in for a routine maintenance. They were very professional and courteous. Work was done quickly - it was ready ahead of schedule. I was able to sit in their lounge area and get some work done on my laptop while I waited.My only issue is that they apparently signed me up for SiriusXM. I am not interested in having that service. I did not ask for it nor did I even mention it. Sirius has started spamming my email about needing me to confirm my account and that my free three month membership was coming to an end. This is a needless annoyance. Subtracted one star from my review because of it.

Check the potential leakage near transmission as a follow-up visit, but found no leak; installing a tire; replacing battery. Service is great except they did not reset the ‘tire pressure’. After leaving Honda Stevens Creek Dealer Service, the light went up indicating the ‘low tire pressure’; I had to make another trip to have the technician reset the ‘tire pressure’!

Major timing belt service got under way and staff food a cracked motor mount. I was immediately notified of this and then authorized the repair. Very professional about the whole unexpected and vital repair.
When I arrived I did not have to wait long at all before my advisor Jeffrey Barats, approached my vehicle. He was very nice and professional. He asked me questions pertaining to my visit and when I told him it was for oil change, service he did not try to pressure me into any other service, however I must admit none of the SA at this service center does. He provided me a quote and time of completion which was right on. I only take my vehicle to Stevens Creek Honda, because of SAs like Jeffrey and the maintenance technicians and administrative staff.

Your multi check point inspection shows thread is no 6 out of 9.2. I doubt whether your report is wrong or Walmart gave me used tires. Could you please Confirm. Attached pic

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with the Honda Crv I purchased. One year into owning the car, the battery was replaced due to issues. The new battery is only three years old and it cannot hold a charge. The dealership told me that only one battery is covered under warranty and that I would have to pay for this battery. Even if the battery that failed was new from the factory, that would put the age of the battery at four years. I have never had a battery last less than 6 years before.
Dan was able to help me out with replacing my wheel bearings on my car and in a short amount of time. I was able to get my car within a few days prior to bringing it in.
Oil change and check up at 80,000 miles. We found the rear shocks were leaking. I ordered the parts. They were installed three weeks later after the parts came in car is running great.
Had an issue with my AC compressor. Joshua took care of everything and had clear communication throughout the entire process. Joshua Liaw is the best!!!

The original problem was all warning lights are on. The diagnostic found the root cause was the fuel injector defect causing misfired signals. I googled search this issue in advance, and found many disappointed results. I wad very pleased that Stevens Creek Honda got this issue fixed in 2 days.

Friendly, knowledgeable service writers sail right through the intake process without making one feel hurried. Our service writer was excited to answer my detailed questions about my first hybrid car. His enthusiasm was great! The repairs on the car were finished before I expected -- seemingly rare nowadays -- and the cost was much lower than I anticipated. I was taught that dealership service departments were too expensive and too slow. To my delighted surprise Stevens Creek Honda service is neither.
