I called before going to see if I was able to use one of there services. I got to the store and the guy rudely said we no longer offer that service. That made no sense if I had just called. No customer service.

Customer service here was so good Id be coming back to see if they have tires for my wheelbarrow.Bruce is incredibly helpful and called around to try and get the tire I wanted before a road trip.For my other car I ordered online and the drop off /pick-up was easy and stress free. No surprises, prices were fair and upfront. Car came back with a protective cover on the steering wheel which was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

When I had an issue with a Goodyear tire Peter the manager completely took care of it. Been buying Goodyear tires for 30 years and will be buying them for the next 30!

Possibly the worst day of my life before Luis from good year helped me out. I was lost for an hour and without a phone when I popped my tire of my brand new car... I drove it to their good year and Luis not only helped me super fast he was very comforting as I was being a big cry baby and balling my eyes out. He Let me use their phone and gave me water, helped turn my terrible day around.Thank you Luis, your kindness will never be forgotten, seriously!! :)

I have been a long time customer, until today. I had scheduled an oil change, which on the web was advertised as $69 for full synthetic oil. When I arrived to drop off the car, I was told that they are now required to use full synthetic in all European cars, and the price jumps to $115. I am at a loss how they expect $45 more for synthetic oil, when I can buy 5 quarts of the same Valvoline oil at Pep boys for $21. No thanks, Ill change it myself. If this is their way to drive away business, its working. Good luck.I have not seen Bruce there in some time, else I would have talked to him about this. At any rate, adios Goodyear, time to find a new shop.

I love love love this location. They have been so helpful and nice. So accommodating, caring and customer service is amazing. I 100% REFUSE to go to this other location. They always take care of their customers here. I will continue to go here for me needs. They work efficiently and always quality work is done I dont ever have to worry about whats been done.

Bruce was a God sent! He went Above and Beyond for me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer with the replacement of my Douglas Tires (that only lasted 20k miles) and set me up with some new Goodyear Max Life at a great rate along with getting me an awesome deal on alignments for the foreseeable future. This location definitely has a customer for life now.

I booked an appointment through their website several days in advance. I turn up on time, and they say they have to cancel. No prior notification and no courtesy rebooking.

I got home from visiting location at 486 N Winchester Blvd, San Jose, CA 95128. I waited there for an hour and a half for them to fix one tire because I had a flat tire. I was with my two young children. My kids kept complaining they were hungry and tired and wanted to go home. So I asked how much longer and he said I needed to buy all 4 tires for them to do a service. I told him I only needed one tire. He never said I had to get all 4. So I literally waited there for over an hour and a half, almost 2 hours. I was with my kids who were complaining how hungry and how bored they are. I told my kids they had to wait until it was our turn to get my tire fixed. But this guy didnt even bother to tell me I needed to get all 4 tires. He said he did tell me, but he didnt. Why else would I continue waiting there!!!??? Especially over an hour and a half. Obviously, if I understood, then I wouldnt have been sitting there for over an hour and a half with my 2 kids, wasting my time. He didnt even bother to say, while my kids complained about the long wait, to say, Hey maam. Just to clarify, you need to buy all 4 tires. I started crying when I walked out. He never apologized. My kids are crying. We waited there for so long and nothing came of it. No tire fixed. No apology. I am so angry and frustrated. Please do not go here. I am in tears over what happened to me today.

If you want to fix your flat tire then please don’t waste your time; this place shocks. I bought my tires here, and I went to fix my flat tire. The front desk guys want me to drive till Sunday without fixing it. What a pathetic professionalism and customer service? Good year 486 N Winchester Blvd needs to brush up in understanding customer problem. It doesn’t take 5 mins to fix flat tire, but they refuse the service.

Ive been to this location twice and was happy both times. Theyre pretty upfront about if they have time to work on your car or not which can be appreciated. Most recently I left my car overnight just for an oil change and it was available the next day. Peter was very helpful. Although I came in with a coupon and knew what I was going to pay I do it find it frustrating that label list all their services without prices.

We knew we needed tires, and the company earns its brand loyalty there. We also had some wear and tear in our gently aging Saturn ION II, and sure enough, it was time to replace front struts and rear shocks. Since that was how our former Saturn had died, we put our nickels down and are very pleased with the repairs, update, service, and turnaround time on the work. There was another issue, and we wondered and they checked, and sure enough this was a dealer warranty problem - they printed out the recall notice and sent us off to the local dealer to have that piece repaired (no charge). We recommend these folks highly, by their personable customer service and the excellent work they did for us.

Quick, to the point, and very good service. Went there to fix a flat tire. Found it cant be fixed. Bought new tire and everything done in one hour.

Created an appointment online for Friday. Had an oil change and a headlight replaced. Took about an hour and a half vs. the estimated amount of time of three hours online. Location is great where you can just walk around the mall to pass the time or even further down, a walk to Santana Row. I did not do any of that; and instead, went to Arbys for the meat mountain. They have refreshments and wifi. Raymond (or Reymond, dont remember) was a great help for a car idiot like myself.

Fast and thorough service. They made sure they had everything I needed before starting work so I wouldnt be stuck there if something went wrong.

I’d like to put a zero star for the reception manager. I went there twice for tire losing pressure. The manager will always schedule it for some time later even I will have a road trip. He gave all kinds of excuses and doesn’t allow his staff talk to me. Apparently his staff has time for a quick fix. I went to the store on Stevens creek nearby. They fixed it right away.

I like these guys alot, Ive been to many Goodyear stores and these employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and the get the job done right.

This place scrapped my bumper on one of the lifts and after discovering it later said oh well you cant prove it. I learned my lesson and should have gone to Americas Tire Company which has just about the best service of any company Ive been to.

Grateful for Swift and Efficient workIve had two dealings with the crew of the Goodyear Auto Service Center on North Winchester. The first was to have the two rear tires on my car replaced when I encountered an un-patchable puncture. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and quite quick to complete the work.I arrived at 1 PM and received my vehicle back by 5 PM that day.A week passed and I noticed that the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) was showing the incorrect numbers. At one point the irregularity of the numbers began to cause warnings. The following day I made an appointment with the Winchester Goodyear Auto Service Center.Upon arrival the service center technician could not find my appointment information, although I was in the system. As it turns out, there are TWO Winchester Goodyear Auto Service Centers, one in San Jose and the other in Campbell. But the technician realizing my dilemma made time and adjusted the appointment to his location.After 2 hours of work I returned to a bill of nothing. The technician informed me that his crew had corrected the issue and it was covered under the standard warranty, so there was no charge. Iwalked out pleasantly surprised.

I recently overheated my 2001 Ford Escape by driving on the freeway after the water temp pegged and then continued to drive until I started burning oil and then the engine finally stopped and I couldnt continue after stopping at a stop sign. I figured the car was dead and I had done great damage to the engine. The next morning I added a quart of oil and two gallons of water and watched the water stream out under the engine. But...I was able to start the car...I drove the car a couple of blocks to Goodyear and told them I had overheated the car...Christian took my car and they found a broken water hose...they replaced this, refilled the coolant and changed the oil. I was afraid I had lost the car, but Goodyear breathed new life into it and it is just like new. The next weekend I brought in my wifes car with some complaints from her about it being hard to start...I spoke to Christian again and thought it might need a tune up. He said we should check it out and that it just might need a new battery. I checked next morning and told him the results that the voltage was down. I brought it in and they did a battery test that showed there was a problem with the cranking amps. I got a new battery within 10 minutes. In both these instances, I thought I was in for a few to several hundred dollars or more worth of work, but Christian...instead of taking my money for extra un-needed work, quickly found and fixed problems for as little money as possible. Ive been bringing my wifes car here for several years, but was very impressed by the honesty of Christian and walked out both times this past week feeling lucky in how much money I saved! I now plan on bringing in my Ford Escape for new tires here before our next family trip. Make sure you ask for Christian when you come in to this Goodyear. Great manager, great guy...very honest and upfront and not an upseller! Will fix your car at the lowest price possible!

We take two cars in regularly for oil, tires and whatever we need. Never had an issue. Bruce is awesome. He even took me home and picked me up when my car was done. Way above and beyond his normal duties.

Tire work is fine, but they left several bolts off my stabilizer bar, after having the truck for an extra day! WARNING. They forgot other bolts too, and my wifes brakes vibrate after a rebuild there...

Got 4 tires here 5 months ago. Yesterday, one of the tires got flat. I brought it to them and they told me that they cannot repair it because I used tire sealant (the repair kit manual says that its not true). And they also could not replace it for free, because I had to buy the additional warranty. So they produce bad quality tires and you dont have any protection. I will never go with Goodyear tires again.

I went in for a prescheduled appointment for a tire alignment and to replace a tire as I had a flat. The salesman Erik had promised an hour and a half turnaround at worst.I walked out three hours later without my tires being aligned and having hundreds of additional charges charged to my credit card without my approval. To make matters worse, Erik tried to charge me for the tire alignment despite having aligned them since he did not have the tools.I had to call back and talk to the store manager and credit card company to dispute the charges.In short, avoid this store like the plague. Especially Erik. Id recommend Costco or another honest retailer.

They are liars ! especially a guy called Bruce. They promised me the price to include alignment. And later on, they told me they never discussed any alignment service. If you want to do work with them. Record everything they promised you.

They were swamped, but took me right in for the flat repair, rather than making me come back a few days later. Great service!

It is currently 6:20 they and have no cars being worked on tell but they tell me that they cannot do an oil change for me by seven with multiple workers.
