They are the best. I called in need of a new tire cause mine was literally in pieces and they told me to stop by at my earliest convenience. I was there 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning, they gave me a bunch of different options and prices. A couple of hours later my car was ready. Cheryl is so helpful and friendly. We were stranded at the top of the Altamont pass on Highway 580 with a second failed trailer tire and no additional spare as we had already used our spare a few hours earlier. After having a mobile tire service bring us a tire capable of getting us home to San Jose, we got on the phone with Sheryl at your Just Tires shop on Blossom Hill Rd. Sheryl was very professional and most helpful in locating four new tires for us and was willing to pick them up from another shop on her day off. She followed through and called us back every time when she said she would in her effort to locate tires for us. She did exactly what she said she would do and didn’t leave us hanging and we really appreciate this kind of service. Because of the great service experience we had with Sheryl, Just Tires is now our go to shop for all our vehicle tire needs.

Ive been coming here for the past two years now.Just found a screw in my tire and yupp they fixed it with no hassle and a lifetime guarantee. The tires, when I bought them two years ago, were the most inexpensive I have found in SJ for my Benz. Never again. Charged me for alignment upon my request but I caught that they didnt do it. I caught the manager noticing it. He made a face like something didnt look right but he just shrugged it off and rung me up for it anyway. Then I confronted him about it .I asked him what was wrong and he said nothing.I demanded to look at the completed work order and discovered that the alignment wasnt checked off. He proceeded to walk over to the garage and yell at the workers that they failed to do my alignment, so loud that I and everybody else in the shop could hear.I told him I was so disgusted that he was willing to let me pay $127 for nothing rather than admit a mistake was made.So yeah. Never again.

Cheryl, the staff that I worked with really went above and beyond to accomodate my needs today. My tire was really bad and it was almost late to have it fixed but she still did her very best to replaced my tire today. Excellent customer service from this place. Went there for a flat tire repair. Was a great experience starting from the front desk the lady was very nice and knowledgeable, she explained why they couldnt just fix the tire and gave me my options for the new tire purchase. I really like Just Tires. I had a mechanic for as long as I can remember and he retired... That happens when you get older. And then I got my Subaru and it had a warranty but when the warranty ran out I was at a loss for where to go. I was buying my tires at Just Tires, and I thought such good service why dont I trust them with the rest of my car? my experience has been very good with the personnel and service level I received. I highly recommend Just Tires on Blossom Hill.

I dropped my vehicle off to get a flat fixed from a nail in the tire@ 10:30am. At 1:15pm I get a call to say my brakes need replacement.. Went there because the name is Just Tires. Obviously not! They wanted to replace my brakes to! Already scheduled that for the next week else where. Finally got a call @ 3:15pm my flat was fixed. Not going back there again..

Efficient service, gets busy, would recommend appointment, seeing lots of people dropping in. Free coffee and internet in waiting area is a plus. And if you get the munchies, iHop is right next door! 😎

Went in for an oil change for my Nissan Altima and Cheryl helped me out. I found a cheaper price online than advertised in store and she honored the lower price no questions which was awesome. She called when the car was done and when I arrived she gave me a very decent diagnosis for other things they checked, they replaced my power steering and brake fluid as well!!! Also she kindly let me know 2 if my tires were getting unsafe; not in a salesperson way however. They have a grading system for tire safety and 2 of mine were below acceptable and she was kind enough to find a good price in an estimate even just for the future when I want to replace them. Cheryl was so pleasant and helpful and HONEST. I’ve had a lot of trouble with mechanics in this area and their dishonest ways of making a buck off you and not actually helping at all....just tires was completely different. For once I found a place I can TRUST. Cheryl at just tires was awesome and helpful and honest and the whole thing was only 23$. I’d highly recommend this place for an oil change or diagnostics or whatever else your car needs. Honest and cheap.

Here is what I wrote on YELP! :This shop has changed. Last week they want ~$60 LABOR to change a battery on my car. A trues estimate . The place across the street wants $10 for the same labor and had better quality and better-priced batteries. I would ask them lots of questions before I would ever let them do any work on my car again. They REQUIRED a $120 road test before changing my struts that were over 12 years old. Totally unnecessary as a free physical an inspection would have shown them all they needed. This is not nickels and dimes but hundreds of dollars extra they are now charging. They under inflated all four of my tires on the last tire rotation, ~20 PSI instead of 32 PSI, when they also did an overpriced fuel injector cleaning. When I confronted them about how my gas mileage had gone down after that cleaning they finally admitted they knew that their tire inflation gauges were known to have had a big problem when the work was done and they had not connected all the hose correctly with the Carburetor system..Why would I ever go back there again?Bad Service.Bad Prices.Bad Front desk now.

I went here to fix a tire on my SUV that had been shredded by debris in the road. Since the SUV is a 4 wheel drive they said I needed to get 4 new tires (couldnt get a pair). My tires werent that far from needing replacement so I did it but I would have questioned it more if my tires were newer.I arrived early on a weekday morning (around 8:15) and they were able to take a look and get my car in quickly. They changed all 4 tires in about an hour, did an alignment, and I was on my way. Their prices for new tires were pretty competitive.I had gone here a few years ago for a tire that was leaking on the same SUV. They were able to repair the tire that time and only charged me a nominal fee, so I think theyre honest.Id recommend going here if you need new tires.

Poor service, one employee at opening, the second one showed 15 minutes late. One was seating in her ass and smoking. Waited 15 Minutes to be help. They had no inventory for a common trailer tire. Helping caller before people in the store.I will still be shopping at America’s Tires,I was trying to find a store closer to home.

OK place for car service. They always have promotions, so ask before agreeing to the price. They tend to be more or less equivalent to Skips across the street, but have a much nicer waiting room (when the TV is not blaring Fox News at the top of its volume.) Never had a problem with service here. Service is OK, but not exceptional, and things sometimes take a bit longer than they should.

Great honest service good people reasonably priced

Called ahead of time. The guy on the phone told my husband they would patch my tire that they dont close until 7pm. I drive all the way there with 2 kids and a flat tire and he turns me away at 6:10pm said he said he couldnt do my patch cause he had an alignment coming in . Pure laziness. Horrible customer service. Wont ever come back or send them business.

Great fast service. My tire pressure light came on. Stopped for a check. In and out.

I needed 2 front tires for my Chevy spark and they took care of me much faster than skips. They told me about an hour and it was under an hour. Skips tells me come back in 2 hours and 4 hours later its finally done for 4 new tires.

Store has been great. We just finished a big renovation which left nails and staples all over. Plus dump runs. Just Tires has repaired 5 punctures in the last 6 months.

Prices are way to high for labor but I like that they tend to be quick if it’s the red hair lady helping in the front desk.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to get the specific tires I needed in the next day and got everything checked and completed on time.

Pre-ordered tires and installation in the Goodyear website and chose this location as the installer. Quick check in and tire change over. TV in waiting room to watch while you wait and an IHOP, a few other restaurants, and mall nearby.

Bad business and bad management. I went in for an oil change and the manager, Dave, told me my air and cabin filter were really dirty and needed to be changed. The written quote was quite expensive so I decided to change them myself. Both Auto Zone and Capitol Toyota told me I do not have a cabin filter for my Sequoia. I returned to Just Tires and he said it was a mistake. He did not give me a satisfactory answer when I asked him how he could tell me the filter was dirty. I then contacted the Regional Manager. He did not return my calls for two weeks. I finally spoke with him and he said he would talk to the manager and get back to me. It has now been a month with no return call. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

Avoid at all cost. I’ve ordered online, to start they have put my appointment for wrong day. Ok mistakes happened and they have accommodated me, checked stock but after 30min they tell me they only have 3 tires ... and are asking if I want 3 installed now...Btw same happened to that happened to another scheduled customer as I was waiting.

Other than it tasking longer than the person on the phone quoted me (online was dead-on though) they were great. And even though it took longer than she said, the woman I spoke to on the phone and in the store is awesome though!

Strong tires not cheap super worth it

I made an appointment to have an alignment check-up on my Jaguar XK 2011. I was told that they do not have the equipment to test or to do an alignment on my car. Is that possible?

I took my mazdaspeed 3 here for 2 new tires (changing all 4 wasnt in the budget) and the sales rep helping me insisted that the car was 4 wheel drive (it is not) and that all 4 tires needed to be changed together. His method of double checking this was voice searching on his PHONE and glancing at the first hit in the search results that came up. He didnt even open the article which was in fact speculation that the new 2016 mazdaspeed MIGHT be 4 wheel drive. He said he would not warrantee the work on the car because I wasnt buying 4 tires. I felt like he had no respect for my knowledge of my car. Getting your information from the first hit in a Google search is totally unprofessional and ridiculous. I dont know about the rest of the team at Just Tires but this salesmen was inexperienced and provided a terrible customer experience. I will not be returning to Just Tires.

A friend and I went to go get his tire changed after he had driven over a screw. I got out of the car to wait and then two minutes later he called me back over saying they told him they “didn’t have enough time” even though they were open for another hour and wouldn’t even look at the tire. This shop damaged 3 out of 8 lug nuts on my truck; thats just for one flat repair. That never happened in 5 years at other shops. They did not accept responsibility.
