I dont usually write reviews, but I had to comment after reading the other reviews. I had an excellent experience yesterday with Parga Towing. The dispatcher was working as a driver, and he arrived ten minutes earlier than he had predicted. He was very professional and took excellent care of my classic car. I hope Hagerty calls them again if I need a tow!

Waited 4 hours for a driver to show up and once he did had to cancel on me because the location I need my truck to go to was closed they didnt compensate anything for it and the driver was disgusting smoking cigarets in my face.100% terrible customer serviceDO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!

Owner is absolutely useless. Hiring thieves and covering up for them. Disgusting

Had someone from the towing service steal from my car and the owner Lupe Parga, refused to do anything. Filed a complaint with the BBB and as well filed a police report. DO NOT get your car handled by these incompetent thieves.

The driver was nice, but got very lost finding my location, so I got charged extra, for him getting lost. Emailed the owner, no response. How am I responsible for someone not being able to find a location.
