I was going to have my quince at a hall that he said it was available. My mother went to leave a deposit but his deal was you have to get something with him so that he could go get the hall for my date. Well my mom said if he could just go get the hall since my event was close to come. After a week or two my mom gets a call from Oswald the guy that owns the Gala events saying that the date of my quince was occupied but that he would help find a mother Hall. So my mom agreed and finally got tired of waiting and asked for her deposit back he took about over a month to return it. For that my mothers friend is getting married and saw what happened to us and isnt risking it. I would NEVER let Oswald plan my event he is very unprofessional.

Mr. Oswaldo is not new to our family and we have placed our trust to execute other important events in our family but this time it was my turn. I currently live in so-cal but decided to have my daughters quince back home in San Jose which was a little nerve wrecking for me just because I wasnt physically there but with Mr Oswaldos many years of experience, his efficiency, responsibility, responsiveness and very professional manner he said executed without a miss my daughters dream quince! I have never liked making reviews, because I think that sometimes we can be wrong in decisions we make. But when you are planning your event you are excited and they take advantage of it many times you paint a picture so beautiful that reality is completely different.I set a date with the DJ solo and gave him more than half of what he was going to charge me, when he canceled a month before he told me that he was going to see what he could do and he called me, he never did it and did not bother you more because in your contract very intelligently says that the deposit is not recovered my error accept it.But my goddaughter was planning to have her Quinceañera too and she was hired to do her photography and DJ services which was a disappointment!I do not touch the Playlist that he asks you, the photos that he asks you do not put them all in the slide show but the ones that he chooses and to top off what he gives you is a memory book of the people signed when they arrive with photos that before He had taken and all the photos of the party he sent you by email and no album because for him he had already given you a pity that this does not tell you in his contract.If we all dared to put our experiences really we would help more people to avoid spending these unpleasant moments on such an important day in their lives.
