An Excellent experience. I flew in from Seattle and was picked up by my sales person (Rush). I was introduced to all departments, given little extras to share with friends at home… sales and negotiation was friendly and not adverse. It was the best large dollar $$$ buying experience ever with people who treated me like an old friend.

Great experience at SJ Harley. I dont particularly care for the dealership atmosphere at most places, but SJ Harley was great. I found what I wanted and they made it happen. Everyone was great, from the salesman to the finance guy. Their main parts guy is also great at finding you what you want. Lifes too short, dont hesitate if your looking for a sweet ride. First, thank you, SJHD. Took my Road King in for its 5k mile servicing. Because of the distance I had to travel (I am very picky about who works on my baby), I was really hoping my Road King would be serviced in one day. When I called and made the appointment, although I was treated politely, I was given no guarantees of when the servicing would be complete.When I arrived, a gentleman named Francisco checked-in my bagger; he took control of the conversation and delivered white-glove customer service. I could not have been more pleased. A couple hours after dropping off my Road King Francisco called and let me know the status and when my bagger would be completely serviced. Best follow-up experience. Period. After paying my bill Francisco walked me out to my Road King to show me how they washed it after servicing. How Francisco treated me is a huge part of why SJHD is the leader in superb service. Thank you, thank you.

Purchase my very first motorcycle at this location, the sales rep was good, knew what he was talking about and gave me pointers, but I had already made up my mind on a new 2021 sportster 1200, since it was my first ever motorcycle. 3 stars for the service of the guys and gals who helped me out they were great, but I feel like they lack in the whole organization of the dealership. I bought a new motorcycle and the battery died on me, I asked how long will it take to get the motocycle back up and running and they couldnt provide me with a date and time of when Id get it back if I took it in for service so I took matters in my own hands and fixed my issue. Also, I was told I would get the motocycle delivered to me on at a certain date and time, but that also fell through. All and all I think the dealership has to get organized, but the people who helped me out were very helpful thats why I give them 3/5. Would I recommend a friend here probably wouldnt be the first option nor the second .

I purchased my first Harley Davidson 2020 Streetbob through San Jose HD and had an overall great experience with staff. Everyone is friendly and professional with following up on your needs.Truly, I do feel they couldve gave me a better deal on my 2020 Streetbob as my buddy purchased a 2020 Low Rider S from West Coast HD in Salinas for less than what I paid even though I had higher credit score and equal down payment amount. Im not great at negotiating deals so maybe its my fault and I shouldve shop arround. Having that said I love my 2020 Streetbob and enjoy every second of riding.

This is probably the best experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle. The entire team there was awesome to deal with from talking before I went to the dealership to buying the bike there. I was in and out in about 3hrs which is amazing for anyone that has bought a vehicle knows it takes a while. They were super quick and the test ride was great. Once it was time to deal with the management crew and financial department it became shady.Very long story short they tried to change percentages of financing and tried to add in a lot of extras without saying anything until I read forms before signing

I rode my Road King from FL to CA and had to stop at 6 Harleys to & fro for repairs. San Jose Harley was the best of them all. Everyone I met there was super cool including Steve and many others whose names escape me unfortunately.My service rep Cory was extremely nice and patiently answered all of my questions. He explained any concept I didnt understand, even going so far as to show and print out diagrams to help me understand and explain it to my dad. He was not condescending in any way, nor did he treat me any differently because I was a girl and as I was a traveler, he even rearranged appointments to fit me in. He & his tech, Houman (I think), make an excellent team. Together they caught issues that none of the previous Harleys caught, though I had continually complained about the symptoms. Cory even called later on to see that I made it back home to FL okay.Wow, everyone was nice at every Harley I stopped at but I was truly impressed with San Jose. They went above and beyond and Ill stop there next time I go back, even if Im not in need of repairs 😁

Seems like something has changed here. I would guess management Employees are not as cheerful talkative as use to be, which was one of the reasons I would stop by even when needing nothing. If I want to be just a number I would buy online from jp cycles

Youll get one of the best deals at this place if youre serious buyer. Wish they couldve rolled over my last year reward points to this year which got expired last December as I wasnt aware of validity but all and all Im happy with customer service they provided.

Gil and John were my salesmen both did a great job but Gil has gone above and beyond! I bought my first Harley in 2006 from San Jose HD and the customer care was second too none. Just sold my Ultra and even though Fresno had the bike I wanted I drove three hours back to San Jose and I do not regret that decision at all. Gil and John have taken great care of me and so has parts!
This appears to be a very well managed business where many years ago they worked on the inventory control systems and in the recent few years appear to be TOTALLY committed to the customer experience.I have a Harley for 12 years but am only a casual weekend in the summer rider. SO, I am not what one might think is a typical biker guy. However I feel completely valued by this place and I have never had a bad experiences in the past 5 years.

So I inquired about a new Harley from Lane splitter over the Internet. Dustin replied to my inquiry and eventually we hooked up and I bought a 2017 road glide special .I was greeted in the parking lot by several employees and felt oh warm welcome.What a great facility and all the employees were happy and helpful . The sales person that helped me was Dustin very knowledgeable friendly and thorough in his information about Harley Davidson motorcycles .Ive Botton many vehicles and a couple motorcycles over the years and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had . Its always a good idea to wait a little while before reviewing a vehicle purchase to see if unexpected issues pop up and Im glad I did.I know this wont deter people from buying from Lane Splitter and this isnt meant to convince anyone otherwise. Just be careful. Ask questions, get things in writing, because my nightmare began at the end of December of last year and its still going.Without droning on too much, Ill make a few brief points.First, be prepared for a real pain if you trade in a vehicle. I had to wait more than 3 months for this to happen (they insist the process takes no more than 45 days) and in the meantime was pursued by collections agencies (which has never happened in my life up to this point) and only when I called Harleys corporate line did I get a straight answer about anything.Second, to this day I continue to receive DMV registration renewal notices after being assured that the dealership would handle all transfer paperwork. I am a recent California resident and still unsure about my role in releasing a vehicle to a dealership. I dont mind handling any such responsibility, if the dealership informs me of this instead of claiming they will handle all of it.Finally, dont expect a call back for any issue you call about, whether you speak to someone on the phone or leave a message. I must have placed 20 separate calls in the span of several weeks and ended up going to the dealership to follow up every time.Be aware, be careful and be insistent when dealing with Lane Splitter.Shout out to Lamar, you were a cool sales rep, which was the only positive takeaway.

Wanted a simple oil change, the service person just did not listing to my request. She was more concerned in trying to upgrade my request to get a brake line flush than setting an appointment for the oil change. Than it took over two hours to get it done. Had to repeat myself at least 5 times before she got my name, bike model correct.
