I ordered an air filter on Saturday for overnight, paying almost 4x the value for shipping to have it quickly. Monday it afternoon I called and they had “just shipped it.” It arrived standard on Saturday, “UPS ground” and is completely destroyed. The box is so destroyed I can’t see the filter is destroyed and haven’t opened it. Guessing the second part is UPS, but Baker shouldn’t have charged me for overnight then send it standard. They don’t list on their website that if you order on the weekend the order won’t be filled until Monday. This company just doesn’t care. I’m sorry I used them.

Checked online and found they have a part in stock at this location. Went in and had to get a lecture from the Asian(Chinese?) guy about how they dont sell to people other than contractors. Having to suffer through his speech, other staff found the part and we offered to pay in cash for a part that cost less than $20, and Asian guy spoke like hes the boss and insist that they only do will call and how he doesnt care whether we pay cash or not. Way to run a business with an outstanding guy(SARCASM DEFINITELY INTENDED) like that and looks like hes been there screwing things up for quite a few years.

Today I was at story to buy nitrogen as I dont have experience I was ask for help, they have old Chinese guy I forgot his name help Me out, he said u have to wait lets me Finsih this 1st, i said ok, later on he feel guilt for I was waiting. After that I was not for sure I need something else I make phone call, when I finish talk, I getting back with him, he was yell and mad at me, I said hey dont raise ur voice mad at me, what kind service u are, if u dont like it I leave and he said get out here, I just wonder is this kind service and bad attitude in that store never come back, I should be ask his name, I can put on yelp or make complaining, can manager at store go investigate it if ur guy want customer come backThx
