They don’t open and closed on time Saturday open upto 2:00 pm but when I come 1:00pm already closed it is very bad

Very bad in everything.. customer service long wait on hold forever, some times their system breaks and they put people on hold for ever, they are yelling at each other, in the freezing area people don’t help,, everyone is depressed in Jetro

Looks like a run down warehouse & you can find several times. Staff will acknowledge you but wouldnt say theyre super helpful.
