I had a great experience with R&R refrigeration. We had to get a chiller at my work fixed, and Mary at their offices, and Bradley on site, did great work and communicated effectively and efficiently with me through the process. If i need more chiller work done, I plan to call them first.

I own a restaurant in downtown Los Gatos. Of course when something happens with the refrigeration it happens late at night or at odd hours. Last night was no exception. Our walk in wasnt staying cold which could have resulted in a massive loss of food and would have cost us a lot of money. I contacted R&R around 9:30 pm and the on call technician called me right back. He helped trouble shoot a few things and was at our place about 20 minutes after we spoke. Brad correctly figured out the issue and fixed it in less than 2 hours. I even left him there to lock up after he was done! He provided text updates, photos and videos to show that everything was working before he left which was a HUGE relief. He identified one potential issue that needs to be corrected and followed up with me today to make sure it was scheduled. Matthew helped with the reschedule and the estimate he gave is very reasonable. I am very happy with the follow through and highly recommend Brad for any work you may need! He knows what hes doing.

Just wanted to share an experience we had with this company; We called them late Saturday night with an issue we had with our a/c unit in our inspection room. It was vital to a job we needed to complete over the weekend to have proper climate control in our inspection room. They sent over experience technicians that diagnosed and fixed the problem and had us up running. We cant express how impressed we were with their work!

We are really happy with the work that R&R has done on our HVAC systems. I am a commercial property manager and usually dread having to try new vendors. This wasnt the case for R&R. Mary, the scheduler, is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. She was able to schedule site visits to 3 of our commercial buildings (office and industrial) within a day of scheduling.
