My Garage Door Opener died a few days ago. Dont know why. It was ONLY 24 years old. I did some diagnostics and determined it was the motor itself. I emailed David and described the symptoms and he agreed. I asked him to quote me a couple of options for a new motor. He got back to me a little bit later with 2 options. I researched them and asked David a LOT of questions through email. He answered all them in a professional manner. I finally decided which opener I wanted and said lets do it. He called before his arrival and communicated very well throughout the process.Because of the size of my garage doors, the springs needed to be replaced with custom springs and the drums needed to be replaced with larger drums. The team came by the next day and finished the job promptly. I would recommend without reservation.Follow up 2 months later:The door was slightly out of alignment with use. Called them and was quickly scheduled and arrived on time. As usual, top notch service and he said that it was all covered. These guys stand by their work. The garage door is working perfectly.

David was awesome. My garage door was installed before I bought the house 15 years ago. I’ve had the motor replaced along with several brackets, hinges and rollers about five years ago. I called Pro Line Garage Doors to just come out and fix a garage roller that had popped out but because it was attached to the bracket attached to the tension spring, I was having problems getting it back in myself. And buying the right tool for the job would have cost the same amount as having a professional like David come out and assess the garage door.He quickly fixed the problem I had called him out for and then gave that disapproving look and sigh that signals when a contractor is about to try sell you on a bunch more repairs/upgrades. I’ll admit I started off skeptical and was prepared to say no but he carefully explained all of his concerns, demonstrated how he had assessed the problems and showed me the fatigue in the door panels that the unnecessary strains the current setup was placing on the door panels and motor. It wasn’t a hard sell just a friendly discussion between neighbors to replace springs ( a component that wears our and hadn’t been replaced in 15 years ), adjust the motor height correctly so the forces of the motor are more inline with the door instead of perpendicular, and add a bracket that should have been installed in the original installation.The garage door has never ran smoother or quieter in the 15 years I’ve been using it. I wish I had called Pro Line Garage Doors 5 years ago instead of the contractor I had replace the motor .

Excellent quality and very fast. Last moment we changed the design. David, the owner, was very supportive, and all went very smoothly. They had to remove my very old massive tilt door and rework the front walls since the old supporting 2x4s were totally destroyed by termites and basically the roof was hanging in the air. They installed a wall mounting motor that freed up extra space and it works very quietly. They put a neat outside frame and now the look is gorgeous- exactly as expected. Then, he showed up on time and quickly analyzed the problem(s) that I had. David did an excellent job repairing an ~ 30 year-old garage door. I liked how he did a fair assessment recommending what was truly needed and letting me know what was optional. He changed the springs, the bearings, drums, bottom retainer and rubber. The end result: a well functioning garage door.

I had an over 30 year old garage door that needed replacement. The installer, Carlos, squeezed in a new door and lift mechanism with extremely tight tolerances... as small as 1/8 clearances... due to my construction of hanging storage racks and other interferences within in the garage. No complaints from Carlos at all... with a can-do attitude installation. A very challenging install completed with-out a hitch. I expect my new door to last another 30 years but I will call Pro-Line again, without hesitation.
