I was on a road trip from Idaho when I experienced trouble with my 03 Harley Fatboy along the way. When I got to San Jose and called Ram, they asked me to bring it in the next morning. As a rider of 30+ years, I am a little picky about who works on my 19 year mint condition,, customized bike....Not only did they look at it right then, they had it fixed and back on on the road in a very short time. Incredibly friendly and experienced workers and owners. Would recommend the shop to anybody.

Friendly service done by guys with many years of motorcycle experience. I felt comfortable taking my bike there as a first time customer, and I will go back again. I brought my 18’ sport glide in for a cam upgrade and dyno session. I picked it up and rode it home, it felt like a brand new bike !! Thanks guys.

I never thought anyone could get my 03 heritage running...it was mothballed for years! I had anxiety over the potential costs. But this establishment was so professional and did an amazing job!! My only fear was that this great shop is too good to be true...but its not...its true!......to me and so many Harley riders, there is only one choice to go for service.....RAM!!

Fantastic experience!!! Bernard and his family fit me in when no one else would or could and got me out of a jamb. My Wide Glide had a flat and needed the rear tube replaced. They squeezed me into their very busy schedule and saved the day. They also replaced the rear brakes and answered all questions. They are helpful, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Reasonable pricing too! They also put me in touch with a fantastic tow service specifically for motorcycles. So no crazy flat bed experience or fear of dropping the bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Bernard did an OIL-LESS OIL CHANGE on my FXR! Charged me and sent me on my way. Bike sounded weird and when I got home I called him and inquired about the type of oil he used. A bit later he called me back and told me he forgot to put the oil in my bike; he only drained out the old stuff!!!!! 😡😡😡😡. He was distracted with family dropping in, he said. Won’t be going back there EVER!!!

My husband Miguel has been looking for a good Harley Mechanic because the Harley Store and Shops are way too expensive. So he visited this place, got a estimate and it was a good price and was in out like they said they we’re. Fast and polite and very good job. Great job!

Bernard is an original. He works hard and will let you know what’s the best build for your budget. Ram products also has 99% of the things you might need for your Harley. Definitely call them before Harley.

I have been to Ram a few times now but most recently a few months ago for a tire change and some fresh oils. All went well and prices were just about the same as Lane Splitter Harley. Bernard and his son are good people and we should all give our business to the local independent shops before they disappear!

I been going there for 25 years when he was on Monterey road just around the corner from where he is now/I had a ignition replace at san jose Harley took 3 weeks and had to have Bernard fix it/he did not even charge mehe always is safety conscious/and tries to make sure you leave with a safe motorcycle/despite yourselfworkmanship always great/prices are fair & better than Harley shops and doesnt take weeks to docustomer for life

Great shop. Bernard is knowledgeable and honest. Brought my Springer Classic in for a front wheel wobble. Bernard balanced the front wheel and tightened the spokes on both wheels, checked the cams and replaced the rear brake pads, all for $254 bucks including fluids, parts and labor. The savings was icing on the cake but the fact that I was treated fairly and honestly meant everything. My bike runs as true as the day I bought it. Im a customer for life. Thanks again Bernard!

Got a flat 70+ miles from home on a Saturday night on the Softail. Fix-a-flat did not work. They were open on Sunday(!!!) and fixed me up quickly. More, they run an honest shop, were square with me on timing, price (very fair) and were just easy to deal with. Thanks Bernard and crew. If I have to break down again, I hope it is in San Jose.

I have been to 4 different shops to replace rear tire, finaly came across Bernard, he replaced tire and break pads it in less than half an hour, good prices, good quality, good customer service! Great mechanic!

Took my bike in for lifter noise, wrong lifter was replaced and my bike was dynoed without my request and I was still charged for it. I still had to take the bike to another shop and was charged 300 for it without making any noticeable changes. Take your bike to a mechanic that will take the time to find the real issue.

Always best. Before I finish the cross country, I went there to did the service.

Beware I took my bike in for an oil change. Bernard the owner took it upon himself to change my brake pads and and then adjusted my master cylinder....adjusted? He tightened the screw and then....long story short - he put the wrong prake pads on my bike without asking then said it needed a new master. So I had no choice to get one. It did the same thing because he had the wrong pads on....custom brakes. The guy is...a trip! $490 later for an oil change and my bike still wont brake right. Go San Jose Harley and spend the shop rates, you will save in the long run! The guy is ok but....just a trip!
