This is my go to shop for my 2014 Ducati Multistrada. Great customer service, great work. Does not try to upsell you on stuff you really dont need. Unlike some other highly-rated repair shops around, they answered their phone, gave me some advice over the phone, and were accommodating in terms of taking my bike just before 5pm, just before the holidays and willing to store it as necessary. Although the bike mysteriously started as soon as it got to the shop, he opened it up and rearranged the wiring so it wouldnt be pinched by the seat and cleaned corrosion off the battery leads and charged $60 (1/2 hr), which I thought was reasonable. So far so good. Ill try them again.

I cant say enough about these guys. Honest, efficient, professional service at a great price. I came in for a set of tires on my GSX-R at 4:30p and left there with my tires and a smile. He even checked and bled my brakes for me free of charge! These guys know customer service and are knowledgeable and proficient, so if you need your bike serviced, come on down and see these guys. I brought my bike there for an oil change and some other minor services. The owner (I assume) was a nice friendly guy and helped me understand some things I did not know (this is my first bike).Will definitely go back there because of the good service I got, but as a cherry on top, motor cafe is always fully booked.

To be short - Jim worked on my Ducati Monster after giving me a run through of some possible issues. They were doing an inspection to ensure everything was safe and in order after I bought my bike used. Ultimately they found a few minor issues, all resolved and at a great price. Jim sat and spoke with me for awhile and I honestly left with much more knowledge. Ill definitely be coming back, its obvious Jim has a lot of experience and great customer service!

Jim is awesome! I have a Triumph Tiger 1050 which needed an annual maintenance before a long road trip and had a glich in the starter. He diagnosed the problem and accomplished the work in a reasonable time ready for my adventure. I highly recommend him. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced too.

The owner of the shop Jim, and his assistant Norbert always do a good job. Advanced Cycle Service is the rare shop that I have come to trust. Good mechanics are very hard to come by, and I feel like ACS is one of them.

Unfortunately I read the good reviews and decided to go there. I wish I wouldn’t. They don’t care about your safety or a good service. I replaced my tires there. Jim did not replaced my old inner tubes (13 years old) and put the old ones in. I got a flat tire in the middle of the road a few weeks later. Also he broke a bolt on my exhaust and didn’t care to fix it. Also he gave me a good quote but charged me more afterwards.

Jim is the best. Knowledgeable, honest, timely, fair price. He goes out of his way to make your bike the best it can be. I just had a weird throttle seal gas leak into my TPS. Ducati replacement is the whole throttle body assembly.!$!$!$ He got a salvaged throttle assembly from a bike with 1/6 the miles mine has for next to nothing. Runs like new. Saved me lots of cash. I highly recommend him.
