I was nicely greeted by Sergio at the Blossom Hill store. Sergio was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the right paint and tools to repaint my living room. He went out of his way to help pick out the right products for my project based on my preference and needs. I had an amazing experience as an amateur painter who got all of my questions addressed. To top it off, Sergio helped carry the paint gallons to my car. I will definitely be back for future paint needs! Thanks Sergio!

I went in to this location to have them hopefully match a paint that I had purchased from Target, but that target no longer sells........and I couldnt seem to find it anywhere else online and I havent finished painting my kitchen yet! I tried having Lowes color match it, but their match was a light pink instead of a poppy red line its supposed to be. But that wasnt really Lowes fault it was what I brought the sample on that was the issue.....but I digress. I took a different sample in to Sherwin Williams and the guy who helped me and my husband, while being somewhat soft-spoken, took down all my info and the sample. As he was finishing up the other guy behind the counter (Kevin Smith) who had been helping other customers when we walked in asked his coworker if hed gotten my info and told me that it would be 24 hours for them to do and would call me when it was ready. But the way he handled the everything; he was b his element. He was just good at his job! So when my hubby and I went back in the next day he (Kevin Smith) was working again that day. He remembered us and grabbed one of the cans to show me the color. He told us his boss had told him to give the color a name since it didnt have one of course, and he decided it should be called Gucci Red which my husband and I think is absolutely perfect and totally freaking love! And the color is perfect! I only wish the paint was thicker like the original color was. It was like yogurt thick! And because of the 40% off sale I was able to get premium paint thats normally almost $60 a can!

Took too long to mix my paint dropped off sunday afternoon. And didnt get my paint until next day at 4pm. Lost whole day and had to delay my project for another weekend. So frustating it took so long especially when I dropped off my paint the day before. Then to make insult to injury paint did not match the trim I needed. Eventually had to go to Lowes to get the right color match.

Staff is very helpful here. Much better service than Home Depot. Anthony (Blossom Hill location, San Jose, CA) was so nice to give me good advise to select the right tool. I met him twice and hes always shown that he wanted to take care every customer from A-Z.

Anthony and Michael did an excellent job helping me with paint and supplies needed to to paint my kitchen cabinets. Anthony took the time to match the paint with a sample cabinet door. He blended it suberbly. Michaels extra effort to educate me on the correct supplies I needed for the task and called me with an update on the paint matching. Both of them deserve high kudos for there top level customer service and knowledge. They deserve raises.

IF the paint they tried to match is accurate ? ? ? I have not tried the color yet !!

I paid 2 visits, first I was helped by young man that was being trained as he appeared not to know much. He took my info and supposed to put in the system for future use, his manager was nice and I told him I am painting both inside and out of my home and offered some discount. I made a 2nd trip to get samples for the house as I am not sure what color to go with. Well the another guy was very helpful on July 4th, but said my info was not in the system and he charged me just under $20 for 3 samples, I said I was told they are free, he said come back and talk to the manager. I never get the run around with kelly moore and they offer discounts and free samples.
