I come from an entire different city to this Chevron in San Juan Capistrano because of the car wash. While getting the car wash I noticed two of the water holes weren’t working & properly rinsing. I left the gas station figuring I would call to let the chevron employees know. Once I called ANA was extremely CLOSE MINDED, UNPROFESSIONAL & told me the car wash is working & nobody else but myself has said anything about it. She kept insisting it is working because she used it this morning to wash her own car & nobody else mentioned anything. If management records calls they should give mine a listen, they should hear the way Ana speaks so they can believe it. This is Southern California, Ana, people have things to do & places to be, that’s probably why they didn’t go say something because they’re BUSY putting gas in their cars to get to the next place. She essentially called me a liar without using the exact word. I would’ve had proof of it not working had I known the employees here are this unreceptive, then I would’ve known to record the water not running properly & take photos of the evidence, but silly me thought I would be greeted with a reasonable response at one of the best gas companies in all of the United States. All ANA had to say was okay I’ll let my manger know, we’ll look into it & they wouldn’t even have to look into it if they didn’t feel like it! But no she instead spoke over me, attempted to invalidate what I was saying, essentially called me a liar & turned the call sour. When someone is being kind why can’t people just be kind back instead of pushing people to the limit of needing to be assertive! So awful!

The gas station is nice and with Vons rewards and a car wash its a good deal. But they may give you a good deal so you buy a wash that isnt good to get more money. The wash is very old and dated and really needs to be replaced. It the only touch free for a while and it does a bad job. After the dryers I exited and when I got home I saw it left some spots. Worse than that it made more. If it was a more efficient one I think more people would use it. If you go next door to shell and buy a wash there ( not touch free) youll be happy with the results. And get there at a good time because there busy. This also meens its a well known wash and does a good job. I recommend going to chevron for the gas but not the wash.

Love to buy road trip munchies here chip drinks ext. But gas pump never are fixed

Easy on/off fwy 5, $$ gas prices, unisex restroom, clean facility, it would help a lot if the cashier got off the phone and do his job

I just had a $10 car wash...when I exited the dryer, I noticed a white spot on the hood that apparently the wash missed. I wiped it off with a white tissue and was surprised to see the tissue was dirty! I went to the manager and was told it isnt a HAND wash! I said, I paid $12 for this? He said, No...its $10! I guess I learned something today!

Car wash is a ripoff, just a nozzle hanging from the ceiling that rotates around your car and sprays it clean. Dont bother. Gas works though.

False advertising says 319 cash really 329 just because arco is cheaper they want the business playing with the people money!

Credit card processor never works they keep saying the satellite is down but they never bother fixing it cash only

Mananger is always in the back. Has customer standing in line waiting and hes nowhere to be found. When he does come out hes all grumpy towards the customers.
