Called on a Friday to make an appointment, they told me it was on a walk in bases. So I told the I’ll be going that next day, they said we’ll be waiting. The shop opens @ 0800hrs and I was the first one to be there. I go in and someone in the front desk told me that they couldn’t attend me because the shop was full and they didn’t have enough technicians. A complete waste of my time! I don’t recommend!

Customer service is very lacking. Arrived at the shop and I was the only one there. After 20 minutes someone approach me. I informed him of a situation that I was having with my Jeep and he at first looked interested and kinda told me what the issue could be when I was going to mention my plans for my company vehicles all of a sudden he left my side to go outside to speak to another customer and just completely ignored me after that. I saw like about two people step out of the back of the store and go back in. I waited patiently....I waited for more than 36 minutes. I walked around the store and it was very disorganized. I just left the store because I was wasting my time. I was planning on putting a set of bumbers, some dash accessories, gps instruments and Ham radios for my company 4x4 s and at the same time solve an issue I had with my personal Jeep. Any how I verified my issue in YouTube and solved it my self. Custom Dream?

My first time there and it was very pleasant, I was treated well and with kindness. I recently bought a 4x4 vehicle and I went there to get some guidance on the latest and came away satisfied they have a lot of things for the new 4x4 fans and the old ones as well. I think that in inventory is not very bad, there are options of the most important but not much. As for service, it was quick but it was because I was short. Costs is what really affects, I asked for several things, the price I received in parts and labor was almost double what it cost me in a dealer.By the way, a look at other reviews is easy to notice that they are bought reviews, that even, some are repeated, many are generic of people that are not from Puerto Rico and others are reviews of something that is not ... like an App, which indicates that people do not even know the business. This is totally anti-ethical and can be seen as a scam. Clear lack of honesty and respect.
