Good service, prompt since I was asking for part of my car.
The service is slow, and they have a problem on answering phones. Need better and expedited service in parts. Also, to accommodate better their clients needs in regards to service.
Last week I called for service for my 17 Passat R-line... Marisol was very courteous hearing my explanation and helpful on dealing with appointment for service, recalls to take care of and the whole process. The car was attended on schedule and she kept me informed on the process, parts, cost, what the problem was and estimated time for pick up. Thank you Marisol and Technical Team for your assistance on taking care of my baby as schedule in a Covid safe environment. You have a friend and costumer satisfied here in the southwest.

I Was Very Pleased With EVERYTHING.
Tried to buy a car here. There was no pressure during the sale. Every thing went smooth and no hurry to shove the sell down y throat. They were nice and respectful. In the end couldnt buy the car cause it was to high for the budget but I left with a good feeling about the dealer not like with the other dealers I went.

Joseph sold me my car and he is the best employee at the lot! I bought the Jetta I wanted at a great price and I am very happy with it. Unfortunately all of my services after the purchase have been mediocre. I had to get apart replaced that was under the warranty and they never called me when they received the part. Now I am finally having it replaced (after I called over a week with no response) and after having to wait an extra day (could be due to the cleaning I requested or to procrastinating workers) I continue to have to call and call to get any answers instead of the shop just calling to give me the status of the case because just like them I work full time and need to schedule anything I do during my day. I am deeply disappointed because I trusted the shop to be better and more professional then all of the other shops in PR but that is not the case.Great sales person but mediocre service.I gave it 3 start because I am assuming that my car will be extra clean and everything will be replaced well.Update: Changed it from 3 starts to 2 because I feel bad leaving a one star review even though the detail I paid for did not get rid of water stains on my seats. (no steam cleaners)

When I thought that everything would be solved, it did not happen on the first try.We waited a few days and finally the car arrived, we immediately took on the task of bringing all the parts to the table in order to close the business, but the saleswoman made a huge mistake, putting her sale in jeopardy again.Finally, the Manager mediated the conflict by offering favorable terms and conditions that led this chapter to a happy outcome and as a result another happy client because she managed to buy her car just as she wanted it and not the one that the saleswoman had left in the yard.

Buy a Jetta GLI almost 2 years ago, the seller P.J. Very attentive and always wants to solve, but the service to the unit have a very bad experience, from the coordinator to the technical part. Last time 5 days with my car and they didnt even move it from where I had parked it.
The service is very slow and what they offer for free is not always possible. I had my bus for 2 days and they only put air on the tires because they didnt even have a rear light bulb to replace. They asked me to take it another day and I had to demand not to take turns because they did not offer it to me or out of courtesy. There was never a call to report. I also couldnt speak to a supervisor because even though it was 2PM I was having lunch.
Atlas 2018 = LIMONAtlas 2018 with 1 year and a half of use has been in service 4 times for the same fault. From one day to another it stops working, I have to carry it on a crane because it does not turn on. It has been in service for more than 1 month.The dealership very slow to diagnose the vehicle and find an effective and lasting solution. The same to solve with a loaner. I DO NOT recommend the ATLAS or the customer service policies of the dealership.
Place of waiting needs more motivation for the owners of the VW line, eg, articles to customize the car and many visual ideas that motivate the owner.
Good service, fast and quality! They offer free transportation to and from the place of service. It is a bit expensive but you know it is quality and they are specialized.
