Good afternoon. Just want say thank you to Pedro at this store. He was kind enough to help me with a return. My girlfriend had baught somethings and lost the receipt. She went in and tried to return the items. The gentleman rang her up for her new purchase, but failed to return the credit or merchandise. When we got home she noticed this after looking at her new receipt. She called and was told that it was a mistake. I dont see how someone would think that she would leave new product and not get anything back, but ok. She was told that she could pick up her product at the store. She left on a trip to California, and I said I would stop by and pick up the items. Carlota was the first to try to help me. She sounded like much of the same. Try to claim it was a mistake that the product had been kept without giving a credit. Then came Pedro. This guy was extremely helpful, customer orientated, and personable. He saw an opportunity to retain and enhance a customers experience. I would like to see more of his character shown in my future purchases. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Went to ask if a new product was available, was met with rude attitude. What’s worse if you call to inquire about when any product will be available they never have any information and just hang up the phone. Is that how you should treat a customer? Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Joan put makeup on my mom on my wedding day. The makeup looked like a drag, completely inappropriate for her age and for the occasion. She used very dark shadows, too much highlighter, she outlined her lips very far from the edge, put very short false eyelashes for her eyes, and used pink tones that do not match my moms skin tone. I, the bride on her wedding day, had to fix her makeup at the last minute. We are very disappointed with her work and I am very sad that my mom could not feel attractive.

In the afternoon of today call to verify if you had a product available. I was waiting online 1 hour and 15 mins. In that period of time, 3 employees answered the phone and I would tell them again what product I was looking for, and they put me on hold again. As no one answered hitch again and called again, a fourth person answered, She explained, she interrupts me to say I am in the office and the store is full, you have to wait (with attitude) No one ever solved me and the way The one I was talking about was not the correct. But not everything is expensive, they also have very good specials and small packages at moderate prices. For all the makeup fan it is like a Disney.

I love the products. The bad thing is the service, they look at you and offer no help. I took a tester makeup and went to look for a mirror and one of the associates couldnt hide it and thought she was going to steal it from me. It almost climbed over me, took the tester out of my hands and began to harass me with attitudes and ask me many questions when I was just looking for a mirror. I felt bad since I would NEVER do something like that and I didnt even do anything suspicious for her to treat me like this ... I was thinking of buying several things and it made me want to.

I was 100% satisfied with the service Zoé offered me. Thanks for the attention and the charisma. I will definitely be back!
