Wow Injectors Direct is remarkable. Very fast shipping, best prices around. I wish I had used them instead of having a local ripoff business in Olympia that works on Diesels. I had trouble starting in the morning even in warm weather. Dodge 2003 diesel truck with 270k miles. Was suspicious the injectors were bypassing to much fuel on cranking. Engine Control module holding off inject because pressure on the rail slow to build. Replaced all 6 injectors with Bosch rebuilds from injectors direct. Now the truck starts in less than two seconds from cold. Very smooth running, A bit more power. too Very pleased.

This is the second filter adapter i have purchased. The first on i purchased several years ago for a different truck went on flawlessly just like the instructions said and worked great. This one however i had a bear of a time getting to seal. I had to take the filter housing out to get it tight enough to seal. Installation aside i am happy with it.

These guys were awesome with answering the phone with questions etc which is more than I can say for a lot of online businesses nowadays. I dealt with Jacob and honestly cannot say anything bad about my experience. I live in British Columbia Canada and I had injectors for my 7.3 in 3 days from the time I ordered and paid for them. Price was good, and shipping. However the reason for three stars is I believe if you are going to sell a kit that includes the steel fuel lines you should include the updated fuel line for the number 4 cylinder. I still had to go and buy that one from Dodge as the one in the kit lasted only 3 days.

Was pleased with the fast shipping but with 2700 miles on the injectors #5 stuck wide open and melted the piston, wiring harness is frayed in numerous spots and the #4 line busted. Not at all pleased

What came in the box appeared to be good quality. Came with a coozie and sticker which is always exciting. The tech who did the install said the stainless feed lines were not bent correctly. Sent them back with the cores. Got a call from injectorsdirect who said they double checked and they appeared to be correct. Purchased injectors for 2006 Power Stroke; the order did not request a deposit for the core. Reached out to the folks at Injectors Direct and they quickly rectified the issue and cut the core deposit in half. All of this within an hour and got my set of injectors out.The product came neatly packaged and installed as expected. 1000 miles on the truck and all good. All went well with the install of replacement parts and CP3 conversion. Instructions could use a little more detail for a at home mechanic. The u hose that is reused from the CP4 pump should also be added new as the original could leak from wear. I would definitely recommend using InjectorsDirect.com for getting back on the road.

When i got injectors the o-rings were pitted and not something i wanted in my truck. called and they were very friendly, i just purchased new o-rings. I havnt put many miles on them yet but seem to be ok. Very friendly to talk to. If you buy from them make sure to go to ford and get new oring kit for your injectors. Great quality for remanufactured injectors. I got new cups, the tool for the cups, injectors and bolts and hardware for the job for a very reasonable price. Core charges are postponed for close to a month and all my parts arrived in just 3 days, including the weekend. Ill be buying all of my diesel parts through them from now on

This company is selling faulty parts and then gives you the run around and use snail mail when it comes to warranting out parts. They will even make you pay for some shipping. Even when they bench test their own parts and have issues with it they will not take the time to fix it but instead send it back to you and say they were able to finally get it to work so it must be good. Even when you change it out with new parts from another store and not have any more issues they will BLAME YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND TO RUN OUT THE WARRANTY.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.OUR COMPANY WILL NO NOT BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.THAT BOSCH CERT IS BS!!!!

STAY AWAY. I thought I found a good shop with good priced injectors, well I was wrong. I ordered reman injectors, reman high pressure fuel pump and injector tubes from them (03 Cummins). I had problems from the start after their parts were installed in my truck. Injectors gets stuck open, injectors leaks down and loses fuel pressure, high pressure fuel pump(cp3) leaks diesel from body(it’s not leaking from any fuel line, it’s leaking from the actual body of the pump). And to top that injectorsDirect would not fix their problem. Their “warranty” is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

Fantastic customer service, had my order within 2 days, and was installing the injectors on a Saturday. Ran into an issue with the installation and called them (even though theyre closed on weekends), and had a call back within 10 minutes and a solution to the problem.
