Customer service on another level! Have a trip to Yosemite tomorrow and need a part overnight. Called after hours hoping someone would answer and Dave not only picked up the phone, but helped me out with what I need, and even dropped it off at a UPS store. I certainly wouldnt expect this kind of service again but he really helped me out in a pinch. Will definitely do business again.

Ordered a few sets of valve stems that no one else had, kudos for having them in stock. But on the other hand, you charge me $24 to ship them to me, when its only 8 for a USPS Priority Package that they could fit in. I understand shipping and handling, since I own a small business, but charging that amount should just be illegal. Will not recommend or use them ever again.

I buy a ton of parts from poly, always the best customer service. I order anything I possible can through you guys just because of that. Keep it up

Poly Performance hands down the best customer service I have had with any shop. I was looking for a backordered part, contacted them to see if they had any, they had one set left was able to talk to David literally throughout the whole night about ordering the part and was an amazing experience. Update: Poly reached out and apologized about the lack of communication. Agreed to refund the purchase in full. Apparently they were waiting on PSC to respond which has been my experience as well.

Every time Ive ordered from Poly Performance it has been an awesome experience. They are almost always running some kind of sale, and they carry so many parts! I can order almost everything I need for my Jeep projects all in one place.I had a small issue with my order this last time, and the owner of the company personally messaged me and took care of me right away! Order running boards for my truck and wasn’t told they were out of stock. Emailed them last week and no response. Had to set time aside to call them only for them to not know themselves that rough country was out of stock. (Through my own research).

I was skeptical to purchase due to the reviews here, but my order went through fine. Packaging didnt require staples but they stapled it to make it very sturdy. Poly Performance also had a good price on an item I ordered. I was expecting it to be out of stock like every other distributor (which would ship directly from the manufacturer and extend my wait time) in the country, but they surely had it in their warehouse and shipped next day. Will purchase from again.

Always a great experience! Recently ordered a part and overnight got an email stating that the part was back ordered and asked if I wanted to wait it out or get a refund. Very cool to offer that without me having to wait to learn on my own. Highly recommend!

As an Avid jeep owner, Im sad to say I will no longer buy any parts or services from polyperformance. I got my shocks rebuilt with them and it took 2 months when they quoted me 5 days. Finally when it was all said and done, my shocks had the wrong eyelets in them and they charged me ~250 more than what was previously agreed upon. Mad, but just wanting to get the service I ordered, I asked the owner to meet to see if I could have the eyelets put in that I previously asked for . His response was, I kid you not, well you are good at fabrication, right?. They told me they wouldnt fix the mistake THEY made without me paying for the service again. There is more to this story that truly made this the worst interaction with any off road company I have ever used. Highly recommend spending your hard earned cash elsewhere. Poly performance is here to serve themselves and no one else.

Couldnt ask for better service. Track bar bushing on my ram failed and left me not being able to drive it, poly performance came to the rescue and got me my beefy synergy setup in just a few days. Faster than when i order stuff off prime. Thanks!

Excellent service and fast delivery

I spent a few hundred dollars on a jeep part from poly performance that was out of stock when I purchased it. It arrived months later and when I asked them to exchange the part from a jl part to a jk part they told me no because it was over 30 days past purchase date. Poor customer service. Wont buy from them again, do not reccomend.

$25 handling fee for online orders!!! Get real and compete. Hundreds of vendors for these same parts online and none charge that fee. Seriously dont buy here and save your money!

Can not ask for better customer service. I messaged David on messenger at 10:30 at night. The man was still up and I explained to him that I had destroyed a coilover and needed a new one before the following few days because I already had a trip planned out of town. He had me call him and found what I needed I stead of waiting till next day. Then just so I could have my trip he pulled a display off the wall and 3 day aired it to me. Thank you again David and service is no where near the same anywhere else I have been.

Needed all the stuff to rebuild my shocks, Poly Performance is the ONLY PLACE to get this stuff locally! They had all the gear I needed, all in one place, for less money than online. Added bonus, everyone knew what they were talking about, so I knew I was getting the right parts.

I ordered a Synergy draglink (8701-01) for my Ram 3500 from Poly Performance. They had the best price on the internet by 10%! That really adds up when youre buying 4wd truck suspension parts. Super fast free shipping too.So because I liked Poly Performance, I placed a larger an order for more Synergy parts (8702-01 and 8703-01)... and you know what? I got the lowest price with the same fast and courteous service again!! They will definitely my first go to whenever I need to buy anything.Side note... they also offer a 5% discount for active duty and retired military members. Way to go Poly Performance! Bad customer service!!! Went on there website to order 2 Batteries. They had a 10% discount on each battery. Placed the order and was charged. Two days later they call saying they can’t honor the discount... sounds like a problem on their end not mine. Horrible customer service wont purchase ever from this site again.

I took my 2014 Wrangler Rubicon in to get a Currie RJ44 installed along with RCV axles and 5.13 gears all the way around. They did a great job with the install. I am really happy with the service and they had everything in stock except for the RJ44 which I was expecting so just had to wait on that. Their staff was very knowledgeable with what I would need and had great recommendations. I will be going back for my other install needs.

Told me that I the item was not in stock. Gave me a new ETA. Thats fine however manager said that They were giving me an eta for the full steering. The TREs are in stock and we should have them tomorrow at the latest. Meaning that my item I ordered should be shipping within a couple days. 5 days later. I had to call and was told that they were not in stock. Horrible communication between myself and their own employees.
