These guys are the real deal. They came to my house in Northern California and replace the hybrid battery on my 2007 Lexus 400h. That was 2 years ago. The battery failed (after a lot of miles) last week and I drove from Arizona to San Diego to have it replaced again, no charge, no complaint, those nice peopleJust showed up and fixed me up. The removal of the faulty battery and installation of the refurbished battery was very fast. The mechanic was very friendly and explained the condition of both batteries and showed me the battery readings on his diagnostic scanner of both batteries.

Have a Lexus GS450h, wanted to wait 1000 miles after the fix before I write the review. Appointment and calling was easy with owner Marcus who was very helpful and re-assuring about the product, then got a follow up call / text from Cole confirming appointment. They sent Father and Son team Leon and Leon Jr who were amazing on what they do, they will literally come rain or shine to do their Job and was very conscious of time and will let you know exactly when they will be on your doorstep. There was a couple of setbacks but they were able to figure it out and was able to resolve issues, it really helps when they themselves know how to build a battery pack and not just installing them. So far cars been running great, will update this review every so often to see how far this battery will take me and will also review how their lifetime warranty holds. Five star for now :)

Lifetime Hybrid Batteries came to my home and replaced my 2008 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid battery yesterday. The ordering and scheduling process was easy and timely. Unlike my local dealer that could not even get a replacement battery delivered for 3-4 weeks.I called Lifetime last Wednesday, told them what I needed and the dealer codes I was getting. Lifetime Hybrid Batteries saved me a lot of time and money. They replaced my gen 2 Prius traction battery for a very reasonable price. It was very easy to schedule an appointment so I didnt have to wait long. Junior, the person that did the work, was prompt, courteous, and an expert at what he does. In January, Lifetime Hybrid came up from SLO to Nevada County to replace my original Prius battery. They were super easy to work with over the phone, got a technician here as soon as they could, and he did the installation in about 90 minutes. After getting my battery installed I experienced some issues with the performance of my 2005 Prius.At first I was angry and suspect of this company.However, the tech that installed my battery answered every single text I sent and took the time to call me and help me to understand my car better. I almost never leave a public review but this business is worthy. I called Lifetime initially just looking for an education on what was realistic to expect from a hybrid battery replacement (i.e. price, longevity, warranty) because I was frustrated to find out I needed yet ANOTHER hybrid battery after the Toyota dealership had replaced my hybrid battery 4 years earlier with a remanufactured battery (didnt disclose previously). After speaking with Preston (down to earth and straight-forward), I was in. Had an appointment confirmed for the following day, technician was on time and the replacement was complete in an hour. Price was fair, service great, and the lifetime warranty cant be beat!

Brad came out and replaced the HV battery on my Highlander. He was in and out within 1 hour from the first bolt taken out to the end of the test drive. 10/10, excellent service.

Cole arrived and got right down to it. Hes obviously done this more than a couple of times! He pulled things out and put them all back with the new battery and fan in 30 minutes or less, all the codes were cleared and we are good to go. Im a happy camper.
