The 2 guys at Broad Street are amazing. Very smart, good customer service skills, fast and knowledgeable. They know what theyre doing and they treat everyone with respect and politeness. Theyre very diligent. I went there twice and the quality of the two dudes was consistent both times with what I wrote. They take care of you quickly and efficiently. Go there. Theres no need to go anywhere else!

You have to wait in line if theres ever anyone there, but you CANT BEAT THE PRICE! Its amazing! $25/mo per phone if you have 2 or more people. And thats EVERYTHING! I live in a sketchy-reception area, and I still get great reception. The 4G is super-fast too.

The worker was very condescending and offered a “discount” on a screen protector by saying the total.. found out it was $20 and he also forgot to put it in the bag.. so a friend ended up spending more money without the protector. very disappointed in the unprofessional and sketchy practices going on here.

To be honest one of the employees was really rude to me when I walked in the store, I asked him to unlocked a phone and he literally said no to me, customers are first you dont tell them no, you listen to them and let them explain what they are there for. I honestly dont recommend this place to anyone, employees are rude and their service is bad.
