8 days and my order has still not shipped and I have not been given any updates. When I try to call, no one picks up the phone.

The atmosphere is so clean and friendly. Chris was so attentive, asked several times if I needed help without being pushy. When he couldn’t find what I wanted he suggest different options. This is how customer service is done! This is the kind of customer care that we’re missing nowadays in current retail stores.

Great store, one of the best in SLO in my opinion. The employees are always really friendly and helpful, and they make an effort to get to know you / remember you. Lots of great product, I always end up leaving with something that I love.

Been getting my haircut from Armando for a minute now at Passport and safe to say, it’s probably been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m very picky with how I want my haircut and sometimes I have trouble explaining what I’m looking for and Armando is always patient and understanding with every cut to make sure I get the exact style I’m looking for. If you’re looking for an amazing cut at an amazing price in San Luis Obispo then I would go nowhere other then to see Armando at Passport.

Awesome shop! Came here based on a recommendation from the SLO Chamber to get my iPhone screen replaced. The owner fixed it up in 15 minutes at the same price that other services in town quoted that wanted my phone for hours to repair it. The quality of the screen seemed better than what originally came with the phone! My husband really liked the clothes in the store and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there is a barber there a few days a week too. Definitely check it out.

Great place to shop for mens clothing. Chris was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They had an awesome beard section with all your beard needs! Cant wait to go back.

The guy was nice enough, but his phone repair prices are way too high. I was in a pinch and had to get my phone fixed there as I had to get it done that day. I went ahead and did it, and 40 minutes later when I came back to get my phone he told me there was a little problem. He cracked the glass on the back of my phone. He told me his buddy would be by later if I wanted and he would fix it for me. I didnt want to make another thirty minute drive down to right his mistake so he took a SMALL amount off the final price so that I could buy the new part and fix it myself. Ive fixed phones myself in the past but I didnt want to do it this time around. The whole reason I brought it to someone instead of fixing it myself was because I didnt want to deal with it. Now it looks like I have to anyways. I wouldnt really recommend going here to get your phone fixed. It was way overpriced and not very professional. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real phone repair place.

This place is awesome! Walked in to kill time waiting for the Apple Store to fix the screen on my phone. These guys literally changed the screen in about 15 minutes. They had the part in stock and I was in then out within twenty minutes! I will bring all my electronics here in the future. Five stars without a doubt!

Unique mens clothing at reasonable pricing for both brand name and local artisan apparel. Owner works the counter. Totally respect his hustle. Worth a visit!

Great wee shop. Got a haircut from Fabio, hes a good lad!! Random combination of stores in 1 but it defo works!

I had brought my phone in with a broken screen upon picking up I was told the cell phone had touch disease my screen was fixed but now home button is broken. I was given the option of refund with original screen but was never called back for this exchange. I received a second opinion and was told the home button had been damaged when the screen was repaired. Will not be returning.

Finally SLO has a place for men to buy nice clothes! If youre looking to keep up with streetwear trends and get an edgy cut while youre at it, Passport is your one-stop-shop.
