Great friendly service. Came in to purchase an iPhone and a plan. Wasn’t hassled to purchase any unnecessary extra stuff and the guy who helped me was very informed and respectful (I think his name was Thomas B?). Came in today and was super happy with the service I received. The ONLY criticism I have is that I wish they had better pricing on cases and screen protectors. Although they do have a couple of cases that are at a cheap discounted price. So there’s always a cheaper option. But other than that, I highly recommend this place.

We came in to trade in a phone and Nathan helped us with all our available options. His product knowledge and service was above all! We will be back when it’s time for our next upgrade and are excited for the upcoming changes with AT&T!

I went to this AT&T store instead of the one closer to where I live because I noticed that this store had received great review. Well, those 5 star reviews were right on! Walked in and was greeted cheerfully by both of the clerks. Travis walked right up to me and began helping me with all my question about an international phone I wanted to get service for. All my questions were answer completely. Travis really seemed excited and enthusiastic to explain to me aspects of the service which I did not know much about. So I purchased a pre-paid monthly plan--just what I wanted. Great service, cheerful smiling sales reps; what more could you ask for? I left feeling I now had an expert in my corner related to phone services.

The manager was and continues to be outstanding. He has called and checked in and in fact smoothed out problems for us. We had a rude installer on our first visit for the boxes (not the wireless installer Carlton) the other guy. Told us if we did not like it maybe we should stay with DISH.I would have too except the store manager at Higuera has been amazing and Jordan Carlton was very helpful and competent. I would have gone back to Dish were it NOT for these 2 employees! Direct and ATT is very fortunate to have these employees

What a helpful and friendly staff who met me today with a stressful problem. Sam was subbing at this location today but helped me immensely. Josh was very attentive and had good grammar. I was presented several options without any hype or pressure. What a nice easy transaction.

Went here twice. Once to get a charger and another time for a screen protector and case. Service is always friendly, they will also apply discounts to your purchases which is a bonus. They installed my screen protector for me.

I just purchase the AT&T wireless internet device (WF279). It was extremely simple to set up. The manual is very well written.I also have a Verizon internet device in one of my other residences. I must say that the AT&T device is significantly more capable. I am a very happy customer.
