Frank was so helpful in guiding me in setting up my home office ergonomics. I had all the right equipment, but didnt have it set up well and wasnt using everything properly. ECWest has great experience, processes, and checklists for a thorough evaluation and professional guidance. They even have equipment available to loan for a week to test out, and are not pushy at all about any purchases.

He was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. A few months later I called Frank because I wanted to upgrade to a new office desk chair. Again I was very impressed with how much Frank was able to answer all my questions and provide advice for various options, including those not on his website. I settled on what I wanted and placed the order with Frank at a very good price. In less than 2 weeks I had a new chair that I love. I was very impressed with all my interactions with Frank and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for office furniture. Definitely 5 stars!
