Best Seat Cushion EVER!!!So you know how you think you can be suzie home maker and do something yourself...wellllll I sure tried and guess what...it turned out ok...i used it for the past 3 years...was it pretty...it passed....was it comfortable...ummmmm NNNNNOOOO. I procrastinated for a year and bought the material and foam and just couldnt make myself try again. Then i was searching online and found this company that all i had to do was send in the measurements and for a really good price they would make it and send it to me!!!! Wow I was sold!!!! So patience, patience patience. I asked God to help me on my patience.......He did good as usual...you get what you ask for...butttt....they didnt take to long and before I knew it....I was jumping for joy!!! My beautiful new perfectly made and fit cushion had arrived. It was so awesome. Its the first thing you see when walking in my house and it is soooooo comfy!!! If you are on the fence with this company...honey...JUMP OFF AND DIVE INTO THAT FIELD...THESE FOLKS ARE WONDEFUL!!!

Fabulous Foam CushionI ordered a custom foam cushion for our window seat and it is perfect. I wasnt sure which type of foam to order -- density, thickness, etc. I spoke to a representative a couple of times and she was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and advised me on what to order. She was knowledgeable, clear, courteous, and patient. The foam cushion arrived in a timely manner and was thoroughly packaged. Im sorry to give a highly negative review but I feel in this case I must post a warning as a public service. Ive been waiting about 30 days for two pieces of foam to be cut for a seat cushion, an order I made at the San Rafael Foam Store location. Although I was given an estimated delivery date less than 14 days from order -- in person and in writing -- I had heard nothing from the store or their factory about the delay. Finally I started calling the store to check on progress. No phone pickup, ever. So I drove to the store to find out what was going on. Heres the response: a) I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone, b) I should have called the factory and not come back to the store (they never said this at order), and c) I was informed by the clerk (or manager?) that they receive terrible customer service themselves (as if that was relevant or encouraging). So Ive tried reaching the factory by phone and email: nothing. Im surprised at this level of ineptness and poor customer service. I still have no idea when Ill get my foam, if ever. Be forewarned: take your business elsewhere.

Great service and great foamI ordered custom L shaped foam as replacement for couch cushions. I followed instructions for measuring and chose the highest quality soft foam. I ended up with the perfect support and comfort in the new cushions. This saved me 50% from ordering through the company where I bought the furniture.

New down envelopes made our couch look brand new!! Our original down envelopes busted & we had to trash them. I procrastinated on ordering new ones because I was afraid my measurements wouldn’t be perfect. After waiting 2 years, I impulsively ordered new ones & I can’t believe that we let our couch look this saggy for such a long time! The new envelopes are a perfect fit & completely restored our couch!

We had bought the dream bed at the foam store 3 months ago. Immediately our back aches went away. Every time we were away from home, sleeping was not pleasant until we are back home to our dream bed. This is the best bed we ever experienced in our lives. Everyone deserves a good night sleep. We hope everyone owns a dream bed.

Its like we have brand, new furniture!My living room sofa and chair were in sad shape. We had spent quite a bit of money on custom slip covers, and had the sofa repaired to strengthen the frame. There was no question that we were keeping this set! But, the cushions were saggy and had lost all their shape. I shopped around several places. FoamOrder had the best prices, so I measured my cushions and chose the best foam they have. As soon as I hit the Place Order button, I realized I had entered one measurement wrong! So, I jumped online right away to ask for help in changing the order. No problem at all! The cushions arrived safely, and were wrapped really well. I unpacked them, and within an hour I had new cushions on my sofa and chair! It was a breeze. I am very pleased with my decision, and the professionalism of the folks at FoamOrder.
