I would strongly advise of staying away from this business the lack of customer service and overall rudeness by the staff is atrocious. After me refusing to name the exact items in my package I was refuse service I would strongly advise to go to any other business especially FedEx which is just across the street. When I explain to the nice down there behind the counter that I would be filing a yelp review and other reviews and taking action he just giggled and laughed and said nobody cares my boss doesnt care I get to do this. And so yes he is correct he gets to do this and I get to do this and we get to know that the owner of the store runs a outfit that allows the employees to treat customers extremely rudeMind you that they were not able to take any type of payment due to the owner of the store not being there and turning on the computers at least thats what they saidAs I make this review there are currently over 10 people in line and frustrated that its 1015 and they opened just now

Open for its mailboxes only. No employees present so you cannot drop off an Amazon return or ship a package. The upside I will say that every time I’ve been to this location the employees have been professional and extremely courteous. Too bad about the mistake in posting their hours.

One of the employees would not let me drop off a USPS package. I’ve done it so many times and told him that. He was so rude and just gave me attitude. My friend has a mailbox at this location. I’m going to tell her she needs to take her business elsewhere.

Every time I come here, it’s always been to drop off an Amazon return. Yesterday, it was a pair of goth boots that were (sadly, *sniffle*) a hair too small for me. These were big, knee-high boots and so they had a big, knee-high shoebox to go along with them. The seller on Amazon said that returns for shoes must be packaged in a larger box—no just wrapping up the shoebox and slapping a label on it. I don’t have a box that big just lying around. So I brought my label with me as I lugged this heavy pair of foot candy, and when I got there, the wait was short; I was being helped within five minutes. When I explained the situation, the guy at the counter said, “Okay,” like, “Yeah, of course I can do that for you.” I mean, he wasn’t talkative, but he wasn’t rude.Note: A lot of people are saying the people are rude. I’m not here to discredit their experiences, because we all experience things differently, but I can say that I’ve never gotten that vibe from anyone here, and I’ve used this place for a few years now.The guy pulled out a tape measure, got the dimensions on the box, and quietly began to input something on the computer. I was expecting some exorbitant fee for box plus packing services, so I kind of tensed up as he began to ring me up. I’ve seen some boxes (like a laptop or tablet box) go for $20 and upwards at FedEx, and I don’t know how much other places charge to pack something for you, to be perfectly honest, because I usually pack stuff myself. All in all, it was ~$5–the cost of a box big enough to fit around the shoebox. No packing service fees, nothing, so it looks like I’ll be getting closer to a full refund on my goth boots than I thought I would... which helps to justify the other pair of goth boots I bought that actually fit.

All of the gentlemen who work at this store are professional, helpful and courteous. My experience is that they are super patient even when theres a long line of people with varying needs and requests. I have a mailbox there and also ship packages occasionally. I have always had a very positive experience.

Over charge for printing services, charge over $3 for one sheet over paper. Someone is skimming from the top.

The workers were very nice but the owner was very rude. I had an auction purchase of two perfume bottles from a local auction. The quote for shipping was $85.00 which I thought was high for two small bottles. I asked him if he would waive the $5.00 pick up fee since other UPS stores in the past had waived the pick-up fee for first-time customers. He said no and when I tried to discuss it he then added if you dont like our quote you can go with PakMail and then hung up on me.

1-star for undisclosed charge of $1/box to let a customer borrow the tape gun. Any store that has this silly policy will get 1 star from me. Contact me to have this removed when this policy is rescinded.

Waited in the notary line for 10 minutes while someone agonized over whether to use 1 or 2 day express mail. Then an employee arbitrarily decides to have the person he was helping to cut in front of me. No bueno.
