They are always professional. Thinking of the customer first. Today they told me I did not need the scheduled maintenance at this time. So they sent me home without charge. Exceptional customer service.

The place works on Toyota, Lexus, Honda and Acura.

I have been taking my Acuras to the Service Outlet since the late 80s. What a pleasure to deal with helpful, honest service professionals. I have been taking my 2004 Acura to the Outlet and I prefer to only interact with Ifraim because he is the best customer service representative ever. When the owner was taking his place in the San Ramon store, I told him Ifraim had to come back because I only deal with him. I couldnt ask for a better car service company and if Ifraim leaves one day I will have to find another company to take my car to.
