They are very unprofessional. I have curly hair, and when I went in she did the least minimum job to cut my hair. I had long hair and wanted to cut it short and she was done in literally 10 mins max. After that, when I raised concerns about uneven hair she said it’ll be all fine after I go back home and shampoo. I did shampoo and it was very uneven still. I called the salon to ask if I could just get a few things fixed out and they said we’ll talk about it and sounded very rude. Don’t go here if you want a bad customer experience.

Got same day appointment for cut and color on a Sunday. Hair dresser was polite and talented. Hair color has ammonia which was a disappointment. Did a fantastic haircut based on my description and a picture of the desired haircut that I shared. Blow dry was also well done. Overall, I was happy with the service.

Always received great service here! Quite a few good barbers and stylists, and very personal and family feel. Been going here for close to 10 years. I can mention names of 3-4 great stylists that have cut my hair over the years, but I think you should try them all out and decide to make one or two of them as your regular barbers :)

Excellent ambience. Hair stylist is not up to the mark for me. After hair cut, is not even.. She didnt do proper levelling. Cut was good though.. Only issue was levelling over ears.

I have been to this location twice. The first time I got an okay hair cut. I asked for a 1inch trim but instead 5inches were cut. The second time was really bad. I asked for my 1inch trim and since the haircuter asked if I wanted layers I said no. I came back home and 1. Got layers and 2. The layers were not even. I dont reccomend you going there. My hair cuts where done by an older lady, she tends to text and talk on her phone while she cuts your hair. If you must go there avoid the older lady (around late 50s).

I have gone here often and I thought its services are just basic good enough...not until I got a bad one. My hair was pretty long (almost to waist) and I wanted it cut short for easier maintenance. The hairstylist was very casual about it and was not bothered to even ask about how much short I wanted. I asked the stylist and she pointed to my mid back as the length she was going to cut. I was ok with that. But she went on cutting and cut to my shoulders!!!! I am definitely not returning here ever again. Casual attitude....not bothered about what the customer wants...then justifying what they did ...its the latest that Hollywood stars get...just want to get us out quick so they can go the next customer....Big thumbs down.

Awful service and horrible haircut. The receptionist greed me fine and immediately ask for a phone number I asked her what was the purpose and she got bother by my question she didnt gave me a professional answer so, I gave her my info.I was going there for a simple trim. She didnt wanted to wash my hair (not that it was dirty I washed it the day before my haircut). She gave me a hard time just because I put some oil on my hair the day before. Hair dresses was not friendly and I felt that she was upset. Really bad experience for my very first time in that place.

The latest two times Ive gone there, they messed up my hair. The first time, I showed my barber a picture of what I wanted, a girl with hair a little longer than shoulder length, and bangs that would reach my chin. When we were done, my hair was only trimmed, but my bangs barely covered my eyes when pulled down. After that, I started cutting my hair myself, and I did a good job each time. But when I went back to get another hair cut, they cut it too short, and made it look like a bowl cut. I need another haircut so that my hair is short, easy to manage, but still looks good. I dont know where I could get that with a good result, but if you need a haircut, do not rely on this place.

Never post a review before especially the negative one. My barber finished my hair in 2 minutes, which is the fastest ever in my life. FYI, I do have hair on my head. I I complained to the cashier and she knew it and felt cant do anything. Given charging 18.95 for adult, I expect the service better than this. But if you need to get your hair done before the chair gets warm, that might be the right place.

20 dollars for a terrible haircut. I ask for a 2 on the sides she gives me one. I ask for half inch of the top she cuts two inches. Can u even imagine what I look like rn. The barber was rude,clarifies what I want then does something different.the result of the price is not worth it

No patience for the barber, and be-careful with the coupons as they will not mention that they need hard copies but once we show the soft copy they will deny giving the discount. its a cheating....
