I spent some time in Rite Aid this evening and I noticed the Assistant Manager, I think someone said her name was Alma; she was working so hard, she engaged every single customer, asked them if they needed help finding anything, and when I asked her a few questions, she was kind and considerate. Rite Aid is fortunate to have someone with her level of professionalism and service representing them.

Good store, usually well-stocked and staff are friendly.

Always got some good deals down at rite aid, staff are knowledgeable of the product and its locations around the store, they seem a little understaffed but thats a corporate problem not an employee problem.
