Good selection of items which can not be found in typical grocery stories, reasonable prices, friendly service.

I bought few types of products at this Russian store today Jan21 at 5:40 p.m. Among other products, I bought candy by weight. After I paid for the groceries, the cashier gave me a receipt. This receipt is very unusual - it does not contain a list of product names, does not have the price of products per pound, it does not specify the weight, and there is no total price for each type of product and candy. This receipt only reports the time of payment and the total amount that the cashier requested. But I have an accurate kitchen scale at home, so when I returned home, I weighed all the sweets, counted all and it turned out that the cashier demanded $1.96 more than the cost of the sweets, i.e. in the end, the cashier pocketed 15% of the total my purchase.

Nice little store with Russian and East European foods. Very convenient when you have cravings for kolbasa, pelmeni, pickled mushrooms etc. Never had any problems with its owners - always nice and ready to help.Friday evening was a bit crowded, so I’ll try to come earlier.

I go to this store often to try different foods/items. They have products that are difficult to find in this area. The older man that works there isn’t very friendly but that doesn’t really affect my opinion of the store.My issue is that certain items are not clearly marked for prices (especially bulk/per pound items). There were a couple of occasions that I was surprised by a high total when I got to the register.I’m not saying that I was cheated, but they should be a little more clear on their pricing.Either way, I’ll keep shopping there because I like their products.

Everything is foreign. Good learning experience, snacks to groceries. You should see what you would like here.

From the moment you come to this restaurant the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a lovely place to go out with buddies or with your date. heavenly cooking, skillful chef, comfortable price and generous service. Warmly recommended.

Going here about every 1-2 weeks for a while as of now. This store has lots of European/Slavic goods to choose from with incredibly good prices, super friendly staff. Definitely my favorite store in San Ramon, and they also never seem to run out of kvass.

Interesting little shop. I bought some cookies and marshmallow candy. All sorts of Eastern European foods, condiments, sweets, personal care products, some alcohol and soft drinks. They had cold cases for the foods that needed it.

The European food store youll be returning to over and over again.Unlike some other stores with similar items (like those in Castro Valley and even SF) this stores items are always fresh and being stored at proper temperature. Great selection of dairy products, beers, jams, candies and baked goods.

There are 2 couples who work in the store . The young guy and his wife are very nice and are always ready to help . And the older guy and his wife are a complete opposite: rude, look down on you, comment on what you picked in the store in an appropriate manner; and god forbid, ask them for help - i will never do this mistake again . I wish I knew their shift schedule to avoid any contact with the older couple .

Love the store, always has a large assortment of products. Its so hard to find salami that is not pork but this store has beef and chicken salami so Im a happy camper. The people that work here are always nice and honest. Ive been to many different European food stores and I always feel the sales people to be very pushy or dismissive when I have questions about the freshness of the food. Here every time I ask when they receive their products they always let me know.

Theres no information anywhere on work hours whatsoever and when I have walked in at 10 am, nobody told me anything, although I said hello. Only when I started shopping half way through, I was told to leave, because they start at 11 am. Then I was told to stay and hurry because they have no time for me. I decided to finish my shopping because I dont come often, then I was told to leave by another worker. The manner how they speak is awful. Really bossy and cold. Customer Service sucks.
