Fantastic people and great deals! I recently went looking for a truck but most of what they had in stock was just out of my price range. (Them Tacomas are a hot item!) They worked with me until I found something that checked all my boxes. I was thrilled to take home my new (to me) 2014 F150 FX4. Four days after I took the truck home the check engine light came on. My heart dropped. I declined the extra warranty. I spent a lot of time researching what it could be, and it was looking to be expensive. When I brought it in, the shop said it was in fact the timing chain. That’s about a 3-4K job. Ooof, that would have been hard to pull off after the down payment. BUT the manager of the dealership said he just couldn’t do that to me so he said they’d cover it. How many dealerships would do that?! Most would have laughed me out the door. Gotta love that kind of customer care, I’ll be buying more vehicles from them in the future! Customer for life.

We were driving up Milan in the right lane when my wife says there is the Toyota dealership, and points to my left a we pass the intersection. She wants to go look for a small pick-up truck to drive. I make a right turn going in the exit driveway for some mortgage company at the corner of Stubbs. She talks to Alex while I go in to use the restroom. I come out and she has me looking at a 2020 RAV4. Next thing I know we are on a test drive and I am buying this car, not for her, for me. At least that is what she told me. We have had the car for 2 weeks, made 2 trips to Dayton and I am mesmerized by all the technology. Fun to drive, good decision. I like to tell people that I bought the Firelands hat and the car came with it. Glad she told me to go to Firelands. Friendly folks and a good deal.

I needed a big vehicle for my large family and Brad Holm helped me pick the perfect Toyota Sequoia. Brad was patient, polite, and professional and I will absolutely go see him again the next time I buy a car!

This dealership has untrustworthy staff and was fraudulent. On 8/3/21 Derek G (sales rep) told me that he secured a red 2021 Toyota Corolla for me and I needed to give him my credit card # for a $500 deposit. This money should not of been charged to my account until a purchase was made. Derek stated the car will be at Firelands within 3 days or 3 weeks. He contacted me on 8/12/21 with a 2022 one with more accessories and an inflated price by about $1k. I told him no. If I can’t get the car promised, no deal and to refund my $500 that was immediately charged to my credit card. On 8/19/21, I’m still out of $500. I wish I could get a new car directly from the manufacturer and bypass dealers.

After weeks of searching we found a 21 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We worked with Todd Carney. We completely purchased the vehicle through an email and phone call. From the initial encounter, to the end of the deal Firelands was awesome! We compared prices at our local area dealers and found Firelands to be the absolute best. We drive an hour to go to this dealership and immediately greeted with “ welcome to Firelands” door opened for us and the greet desk staff welcoming us again. Our salesmen’s, Bryce Vasquez, was outstanding, upfront, honest and prepared. We had inquired about a 2018 highlander for our new 16 year old driver. Not only did Bryce have this vehicle pulled into the garage, but he also has a 2017 highlander pulled in and both cleaned, warmed garage and ready to show us. He talked in detail about both vehicles, the 2017 model about 4K cheaper. He never pressured us to be either car, didn’t try to sell the newer 2018 model either. He explained both cars and informed us of all options. We ended up buying the 2017. The finance staff was great, offered multiple financing options and we felt comfortable the entire time. It was a great experience and to be totally honest, the service was so welcoming I would highly recommend.

When I find a service writer and technician that I trust, they become my only “go-to” people for important car repairs. Jamie (service writer) and Jimmy (tech) are “my people”. I won’t take my car to any other dealership or duo, even if they aren’t always the cheapest. I trust them to fix my Camry correctly without any upselling or lies. If there’s a discrepancy in pricing or paperwork, Jamie always fixes it fairly. And Jimmy’s work is top notch; he’ll fix it right the first time. (I’ve taken my car to Premier Toyota in Amherst for repairs and received my car back with parts not attached properly. Never again will I do that!) This duo has earned my trust with their honesty, providing me with all the details I ask for and letting me make my own informed decisions on how to proceed. I tend to fix minor repairs myself and they respect that, so I make sure to return to them for the major issues.The gentleman at the parts counter was also helpful, polite, and friendly (I apologize, I forget his name.) I told him what I was looking for; he helped get everything ordered and answered the few questions that I had. He even informed me of the shipping status when I returned the next day to pick my car up after dropping it off the night before.Finally, while waiting for an oil change a few weeks ago, I decided to walk around looking at the new cars. Never once was I pressured by a sales associate about making a purchase. In fact, I got into a refreshing conversation with one about cars (new and old) without ever feeling like I was a target for a sale. Because of this, I’ll return to Firelands Toyota when I am ready to make another purchase. Until then, Jamie and Jimmy will continue to see me and my Camry for service.

This was the quickest car purchase we have ever done. The dealer went above and beyond in every aspect. Drove up from Columbus since they had the car we wanted. They gave us a price for our trade off photos and the trade and new vehicle price were fair so we decided to purchase the car. We showed up at 5 p.m. (Closing time) since it was a 2 hours drive but they assured us they would take care of us. The car was cleaned and waiting. We handed over our keys for the trade, did a quick test drive, went over the numbers again, wrote the check and we were out of there. Had a great experience at Firelands Chevy a year ago, so I thought I would try their new Toyota dealership. Well, Todd was to busy to help me. But, had the time to show me a 2004 Camry after I just purchased a 2021. I still havent quite figured out the importance of that car.🤔 The overall experience was sub-par. But, to be fair I would still go to them before Sunnyside Honda or Fosters Chevy.

I found my way to Firelands Toyota via Auto Trader. I reviewed the dealership on Google reviews and found plenty of positive reviews about the dealership and staff. Not knowing any sales staff myself, I looked for reviews that mentioned names. Brad Holm was mentioned quite a bit, so I contacted Brad. I made the right choice. I drove over 2 hours to meet with Brad and ended up with the vehicle I wanted. Brad was straightforward, easy going, made me feel comfortable, and Id do it again. In hindsight, I think any of the staff would have been great to deal with. The dealership is comfortable. I bought my car from them before they were owned by Firelands and I had no issues. However, after Firelands took over, I did have problems with their service department.The past 2 times Ive gone, one was this past Wednesday, Ive been helped by two male representatives. They were condescending, and acted as if I didnt know what I was asking about.This past service on Wednesday, the representative wouldnt speak up when I asked him to, as well as refusing to print out a list of problems that I supposedly had.He was an older gentleman with short grey hair.I asked for a list, and he said I thought you already knew about these issues. I asked so I could have them for my records.He then said well, this paper should be good enough, and still did not print a list out for me. (The one they hand you at the end of your service.)The only reason I go to this place is because I have a maintenance plan with them. Otherwise, Id go somewhere else.

Firelands Toyota was the BEST vehicle buying experience EVER!! I wanted a new 2021 white Toyota 4 runner and was having a difficult time finding one in our area. I logged into True Car and put in the information & features I wanted on my new vehicle and instantly I had the dealers to choose from that had my 100% exact match in outlying, surrounding areas. I knew the exact price of the vehicle I was inquiring about and also an estimate of my vehicle I was trading in before even going to the dealers !! )The next morning I called & spoke to the sales manager Matt Maschari (who is wonderful by the way) & set up a time for when we would be there. It was great, my husband & I drove approx. 2 1/2 hrs to get there & it was DEFINITELY worth the drive! Our salesman was Todd Carney & he had the 4 runner we were inquiring about pulled up front all shined & clean with a personalized welcome sign on the dash for us to see as we pulled in! Who does that!! We took the 4 runner for a test drive & knew it was the exact one I was looking for❤️!! We went over the price ( expecting that it would probably go up from the figures we saw on True Car) but they were actually a little better!! SOLD!! We had our deal done in less than 10 minutes!!
