Nice, clean place. Polite, intelligent people. I,ve had mufflers and pipes installed for years. Theyve always been fair priced and honest. They even told me I only needed a muffler and not a exhaust pipe when I thought I needed one. Im having a brake job done tomorrow there. Give them a try. You wont be sorry. I dont trust most people but they have earned my trust !!!

Ive been taking my cars in for various repairs to this Rainbow Muffler shop in Sandusky. I return because I am treated with courtesy and respect each time I visit. My repairs are completed in suitable time frames, with the price of those repairs being reasonable.As a woman, I am always concerned that those in the car repair business will try to give me a snow job, but I have no such concerns at Rainbow Muffler because the mechanics and manager take the time to explain things fully and answer all my questions.I will continue to take my car repair business here and I encourage others to do the same.

Needed whole exhaust system including 2 catalytic converters on my Toyota Tundra...Roy made it so it was reasonable and affordable..very professional staff and facility was very clean..trustworthy place to take your vehicle..thank you!

Would not press in New hub bearings for my car because they did not know of the brand I bought.Nobody at counter when I walked in wanted me to pay cash for transaction because a manager wasn’t present.1 Star because they atleast pressed out old barings but any shop could do that without giving me a hassle.

Im very grateful for this place and how they treated me when I received service from them. I highly recommend them.
