Wonderful store! It truly makes my heart happy that these stores are still around, because so many people still want the in-person experience when it comes to their gaming needs and desires! I know it’s what I prefer! Never dissatisfied when leaving a GameStop store. This location specifically was very friendly and helpful, when I came in the other day looking for a Nintendo switch.💖🎮

Lots of great stuff, some stuff is a little pricy, but if you take the time to look you can find great deals. Staff was friendly and not pushy at all.

Great location, in spite of how maligned Gamestop can be as a corporation Ive usually come across good people working on the front lines at their storefronts . Today was an exceptional example of that as an associate courteously processed a transaction for a game Ive been waiting a very long time for, in fact one I had been waiting half of my lifetime on this earth for, Final Fantasy VII Remake. The situation was handled in a way that was a far cry from the press the company received at the beginning of this global crisis. It was completed promptly and safely in this dire time we are going through. Before I drove off there was one last question from the employee, You a big fan of Final Fantasy VII? he queried. I responded that Id been waiting the aforementioned decade and a half for this project to come to fruition. He ran back into the store and provided me with a special promotional item, a Shinra Electric Company employee badge. In the midst of all the turmoil and frustration going on collectively in our lives these past weeks this interaction will be one I wont soon forget. My memory of his name is a little foggy but I think it was Josh. So thank you Josh and if Ive remembered your name incorrectly I apologize but you know who you are and I appreciate your kindness today more than I feel I can properly express in this Google review but that didnt stop me from trying, thanks again! I hope the situation we find ourselves in doesnt bog you down and take your kindness away from the world. In these times things like that are what I think we need most, take care :)

The staff at the Sandusky GameStop is absolutely wonderful. They have a wide selection of games and collectibles at hand and are always willing to help answer any questions asked. They help find what you need and if they dont have it on hand they can easily get it ordered for you online if its available. They dont bombard you with things that you dont need and make sure your satisfied with the things that you do. The staff is friendly and always nice. Would absolutely recommend to any avid gamer or collector.

As soon as my daughter & I walked in we were greeted with a very brief offer buy 1 etc.Very friendly & very helpful staff.The greeting was very short & sweet.The fact we were greeted before the door closed behind us is a super plus for me.

Its really easy to find. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They 90% have the games in looking for and if they dont they will help you find one around the area or order it for you.

Highly recommend it to all the people in the area, good selection of games and fan merchandise. They also are a Cricket phone vendor, and anytime I have an issue I head to them immediately to help me out. Great store.

They have nothing stating that if you buy something brand new, and its defective you cant get your money back. Store credit etc. It does state on the receipt that no money back for opened product. How the hell are you supposed to know if its defective until you use said product. Dont ever shop at gamestop
