Rude individuals with absolutely no customer service skills employed here. Had an incident with a customer of theirs using my information, called to have this reconciled. Was met with an attitude and unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

If they threaten about bringing cops to your door and make false allegations about felonies contact the police directly because they actually broke several laws when all I owed was $160 left and I told them I will have it paid off in 2 days.Go to the Aarons in Norwalk,Ohio they are much more professional
