Their store hours are very reasonable. They matched my paint perfectly & even mentioned that my paint would go on sale the next day! I waited the 1 day & received it @ a reduced rate!When the new paint was used on my walls, you cannot tell where the new paint met the old paint. It blended in perfectly!

I must say the guys at this store are absolutely wonderful. With a horrible experience with a deck stain from another company I was certainly gun shy with picking another solid stain. With the recommendation from a family member I stopped and picked up a color pallet of the deck and dock solid stain from Sherwin Williams. That was last summer. We finally started with a white to do the railings and was amazed at the thickness of the Super Deck, and how well it went on! Yesterday I picked up the 5 gallon bucket and was so excited to pick my color and get started. Sadly, I chose the wrong color. Way to light against my White House and railings. Well today we took the paint back to ask the professionals to see if they can add tint to make it darker. We chose a darker color but given no guarantees expecially since we had a light base and were told we needed a darker base but they would work with it to see what they could do. To my amazement they were able to match the color exactly :). We are applying it now and so looking forward to the end result! By the way, the Super Deck solid is a pudding consistency and goes on thick so don’t be shocked! I hope it wears as beautifully is it goes on. I want to say thank you to the two employees who were working Father’s Day 2018 for going above and beyond to make us happy 😃 You all will be my new paint store from now on NO MORE box stores whose employees have no idea.

Where do I begin... I do a lot of wood working and use stain often, so I figured I would give them a try stain matching. On over to the store I went, wood and speaker that I am trying to match in hand. Guess what... stain matching can only be done by a specialized employee. Not employees, employee. Which I was told after waiting for 10 mins to be served. More amazing, this special employee was not at work that day. I was told to come back the following day after noon. I came at 2, he was on lunch break. At this point I am a little peeved. So I wait. He comes back I hand him the speaker and wood and he tells me it will be an hour. An hour later he calls and tells me it wont 5ready till the following day, as they are out of the base needed for the stain. Around 11 the next day I stop in. Guess what this is another day he has off. But he has made progress and has almost got the stain matched not quite but close. How was this possible since he was not there to receive the correct base to make it. The other clerk hands me my speaker a $400 a peice book shelf with paint on it, the kicker... when I wiped the almost dried paint off I saw the corner had been chipped. I was so mad I walked out before I could regret my actions. I really dont think this is the way I should ever leave a store. Customer service negative 5. Respect for other people negative 5. Knowledgeable staff... negative 5. Never again for any reason.
