Shopping here is simply a pleasure! After having the experience of wandering around the aisles of the big box stores, trying to find what Im looking for or simply needing advice, coming here is like an oasis of customer service! The manager, Josh, always makes time to personally escort me around the store to locate the items I need. He offers advice, is always budget-conscious, and is a very creative problem-solver. The stores additional employees are friendly, helpful, and courteous. What a relief to actually look forward to my weekly trips over to the Sandwich Aubuchon!

Dont use this store or its online ordering services had multiple orders canceled because of inaccurate information. Drove 35 minutes here just to find out they dont have it. Seems to be a recurring problem with Aubuchon and its stores.

A very nice young woman helped me find the Christmas candle lightbulbs I wanted and then while ringing me up she made sure that the ones I selected, which twinkled, were indeed what I wanted. I did not so she showed me the standard ones I needed. She was very pleasant and saved me a trip back to the store to exchange the incorrect item.

The employees at this store are always helpful and polite!Purchased thumb tacks for Christmas decorations and wanted a Christmas Lamb Chop Dog Toy, but there were no Christmas Doggie toys left.

Quick and easy - they always have what i need

I ordered online and got a confirmation to pick it up. They only had half an order and had no replacements for what I needed. The teenager working there wasnt any help. I blame the manager for approving an order they clearly couldn’t fill and then doing nothing. I try to support local businesses, but ill stick to home depo.

The employees here are awesome. Very friendly and personable. Always willing to help and are readily available. I don’t have to chase them down like at the other larger stores (orange & blue). The prices are comparable and I almost always find what I want, If I don’t they’ll tell me where I can.

Store seems to have everything big-box stores has except disappearing help and surly service. have been going there for over 30 yrs and items they didnt have can be counted on one hand. dont fight the traffic to hyannis; spend your hard earned dollars here.

So appreciate this local hardware store that seems to carry EVERYTHING! I never have to wait for assistance. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today our Dachshund Emma was even invited into the store. Aubuchon Hardware in Sandwich also offers a rewards program.

I love my local Aubusson store here in Sandwich. Its very clean and attractive, lots of seasonal flowers and items on display, and I always find what I am looking for. And the staff are friendly and very helpful too!

This place is a lot like Ace Hardware. They have a little of everything. This was the only place in town we could find floating tubes to take to the beach.
