Mark is one of the most genuine and valuable managers you could ever have at a T-Mobile store. He was patient, thorough, and very personable. I was able to get the iPhone 13 pro under the impression that they didn’t have any in stock Mark pulled up with the phone and an amazing trade in deal. What an awesome way to start my day. I even brought my mom from out of town to get her upgrade. Just an amazing overall experience.

Reps were not knowledgeable with T-Mobile services. They said they came over from Sprint and admitted not knowing all the aspects of product and services. Rep I spoke with was curt and mildly rude. Also store was not properly staffed. Waited nearly 1.5 hours and saw multiple people leave without being helped. But I dont fault them much for that due to current situation with shortages of workers. I have never experienced this with a T-Mobile store before.

After visiting multiple stores and being told they cant help because it is a sprint service and not tmobile and then on top of that spending 4 days on the phone with customer service and telesales trying to upgrade the line which none of the agents seemed to know how to do it was Lou and Justin to the rescue. Not only were they more than willing to help they were also friendly and knowledgeable about the service they were providing and when we started to run into issues Justin kept persisting until an upgrade was finally placed. From now on if it cant be fixed online I will just to this store location. You guys were so awesome.

I went to this T-Mobile location on 5/17. I was helped by a young lady, who according to my receipt, was named Shelby D. She was excellent. She was so helpful, very patient, and very knowledgeable. I dread having to go swap around phones in my account, but this time it was easy. Thanks Shelby!

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for over 6 years now and I have ALWAYS dreaded going into the store because no one ever knows what they are doing. This store has certainly changed my perspective! Chanel and Leo provided a welcoming experience as soon as I walked through the door! Chanel was able to explain to me the ins and out of changing my plan and what to expect. I appreciate all of her insight. In my past experiences, no one has ever given me a real perspective of what to expect when making any changes to my plan but she was awesome! THANK YOU, SANDY SPRINGS T-MOBILE!

Whew! This location is way better than it used to be. I was hesitant to even stop by, but I had several questions before I decided to upgrade. I was immediately helped by Jalen (I think) when I walked in. He was so friendly and helpful. Anything he couldn’t answer for me, the manager, Chanel, jumped right in and helped. She really made me feel like I got a great deal at the end of the day. As long as they’re still there, I won’t have a problem coming back to this store when I need something :)

I came in to inquire about getting get my son a new phone for Christmas. I was helped by Chanel who I believe is the store manager. She told me all about the new iPhone 12 Pro Max trade in promo and also found ways we could save money on bill. We ended up going with 12 Pro Max. I went in thinking I was going to be heckled but was met with super fast and super friendly service. Definitely coming back if I need to add more lines or need to troubleshoot. The atmosphere of this store is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the others I’ve been to.

I went in with a bill I totally didn’t understand after traveling outside the county and the manager Chanel was so helpful! She explained everything to me and helped me update my plan so I now get free WiFi on my next flight! She also helped me get a new tablet for free!! Will definitely be back in the future! I just signed up for T Mobile and received my IPhone 12 Pro Max on the trade in scheme. Went to set up my device and was having issues with an old Apple ID / redundant company e-mail ID.The service was fantastic !Priya Patel helped me all the way through very patiently and resolved all my issues. I strongly urge new customers to travel to another location to sign up for service. Too many critical errors & lack of customer CARE to say the least.From the onset of my first visit here, the wrong information that was put into the system prevented me in getting an emailed receipt or a walk out statement. Additionally, having to swap out SIM cards to have phone service, especially over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The District Manager downplaying the errors of her team. Wasting more time visiting other locations that weren’t able to assist me since they couldn’t look up my “account/number”. After a return visit here with a 1.5 hour wait, nothing yielded the result I was looking for.Nehemiah did all that he was suppose & able to within his reach, yet the CARE Team & Upper Management fails with a big fat F.If I decide to revisit transferring to TM from VZ, it will not be with this location...1000%.

Avoid this location. Leo at this store told us we were eligible for a promo, so we switched, but the promo expired back in July. We had to spend 2 hours on phone calls with customer service to figure it out, ultimately to be told we need to drive back to this store to get it corrected. If thats even possible.

Man, Shawn and John really went above and beyond today. Not only did they help me get a new phone but when we encountered problems trying to switch my old number over they never gave up. They were willing to do whatever it took. I had a great time at the store and they were both friendly and knowledgeable. It also didnt go unnoticed that they stayed almost 20 minutes late getting the kinks worked out and were friendly the whole time. Give these guys a raise!

Hey Sprint, why would you have someone work there that can not look into our account or make any changes ? We came to the sprint store today and was greeted by a less than friendly associate. He was on his phone and it was almost like we were bothering him. He immediately said I can’t help you with your account, only my manager can and she’s not here. When asked when she would be there he said she should have been here already so I don’t really know. My wife walked in after parking and he immediately said again, I can’t help you with your account. She said ok let’s go to the corporate store and he’s said very rudely that what I have been trying to tell the man. I’m sorry that is not the way you speak to customers. We were already debating leaving sprint. We will not walk but run to the Verizon store. We have been with sprint for 10 years and spend 5000k per year. You really need to learn the value of your customers and teach some training on customer service.

The employees are nice BUT clueless and obviously not well trained on processes and procedures, not even management. I switched from Verizon to them based on their offer of buying out my iPhone from Verizon. After following their instructions and returning to the store they informed me that I had not completed the process necessary in order to finish the buyout, although I was never informed of the correct way to complete the process to begin with. And surprise surprise, the MANAGER who originally gave me the so called “instructions” was not working at that location any longer. And the current manager had no clue how to fix the issue. Now I’m having to deal with customer service over the phone because no one in store knows what to do. Horrible.

So disappointment in the staff that works there. Some representative name Cole Joyner was very disrespectful and rude to the customer. I came in and asked a question and he did not have any answers or knew what was going on. Went in to make a transfer not to long ago. The service there was really good. Two good looking ladies by the name of Jamisa and Courtney were very nice and helpful. I didnt have wait long for them to start working on my phone, they started on it not long after I came in.If you want to come in and get something done right away, this is a perfect spot.

I went to this location because my iphone had gotten destroyed and I needed to replace it. When I got there and after they pulled up my information they told me I didn’t have apple protection with my insurance (WHICH I DO & KNEW I DID) and I would have to pay $225 plus to pay off my lease plus the upgrade fee. They then said they couldnt proceed due to my find my iPhone being on which I had no access to change. I left and went to the location near Lenox Mall in Buckhead and they were amazing and pulled up my apple care with my insurance and only had to pay $100 to turn in my destroyed phone and upgrade to a better iPhone. HIGHLY disappointed in this location and STRONGLY recommend just going to the Buckhead location they actually know what they’re talking about able to do their job correctly.

So never have I ever had such an amazing experience in a Sprint store! The two ladies were such a pleasure to work with! Very patient and personable. I drove out of my way to this location based on the reviews, and they were right! They helped me with all of my concerns. It wasnt a quick process and was there for about 2 hours, but time flew by because of how nice they were. I recommend this place to everyone, and I will continue to go here for my Sprint needs! I was able to upgrade to my new phone with no major hiccups. Seriously, dont go anywhere else! Priya was my main associate and she was so kind, and I forget the other associates name (Nyalli?) So sorry if thats totally wrong. But she was also very kind!

For Christmas I brought my daughter an IPhone 6 plus. At the time I was in a rush and I purchased an inadequate plan. I visited my local sprint store off camp creek parkway to change my daughters phone plan but the customer service there was horrible. I had visited that store on several  occasions and the customer service there was always the same--poor.However, I previously visited the sprint store on 5982 Roswell Road NE Sandy Springs Ga and remembered how great the customer service there was. During my visit there the manger, Jamisa assisted me with quality service. Because of the phenomenal customer service I traveled backed to this particular store. Once again Jamisa supplied me with outstanding service and I was able to easily change my daughters phone plan. Jamisa customer service is the best I have encountered in the 10 years Ive been a sprint customer.  Her kindness and willingness to serve demonstrates the true meaning of customer service. Jamisa is an exceptional asset to sprint.

WOW !!!!is pretty much all i can say about the staff and experience in this store . I went into the store to simply pay my bill as well as try to get my current device unlocked to avoid signing another contract ...untill I met jamisa of course . she was phenomenal and was very well about sprint . she was able to tell me what to expect as well as getting me into a new device without a hassle. I HIGHLY recommend this store to any sprint customer . not every where you can go and a SALES person exposes the hidden closet of fees to the front !!! I know what to expect and its weird how she has me anxiously expecting it . This visit was a breeze I got all I wanted and needed as well as information transferred under 30 minutes . im not sure who can top that in busy Atlanta Jamisa thankyou for showing the world what a true representative of a company really is !!!!!! you were awesome I will be calling if I have any problems even though I know what to expect :)

Not long ago I bought a cell phone here, the receipt and box of the cell phone remained in the bag and I did not review it like many do. Days later when opening the bag to store the box, the recive was folded in half. Upon reviewing it, I saw that the assistant Leo Scott charged me 40.00 for a tempered glass for the cell phone that I did not buy or receive. Yesterday the same with the same assistant. My wife and mother-in-law bought the same cell phone and the same with the receipt, I folded it and put it in the bag. My wife remembered and reviewed the receipt and saw that I charge her 20.00 for an iPhone charger that I did not buy or receive anyway. When confronting him, he explained that now the charger is paid separately, even if it comes with the cell phone in the box and I dialed the manager to verify. The manager verified and charged as well. My wife called Sprint and verified that if the charger is good with the cell phone, it is not paid separately. It is in the process of being replaced yet. They are stealing people. Do not go to this place they are taking advantage of one, please my Latin people check their receipts and oh that we must be well informed for this and for everything so that they do not see our faces. Whether it is a cell phone store, lawyers, mechanics, in our work, it is up to us to inform ourselves and stop it. I recently bought a phone at this location. Days later as I go through the bag and case I get a glance at the receipt. I realize and see I was charged 40.00 for a tempered glass for an iphone I did not purchase. The assistant name is Leo Scott. My wife and mother-in-law purchased the same phone at the same location with the same assistant and experienced the same. He charged them 20.00 for a charger they did not purchase. When my wife confronted him about it he said the charger is now a separate charge. My wife then mentioned we bought the same phone at a powder springs location recently and did not get charged separate for a charger. He said they are doing that in all locations, called the manager on phone to verify and made the charge. My wife paid but made call to sprint and confirmed there is no separate charge for the charger if the charger already comes included inside the case with the phone, which in this case it was. My wife filed a claim and it is in process. Would not recommend this location, theres a scam if you do check your receipts very well.
